I thought America was a "free country" with the "greatest legal system in the world" - so why is my situation such a difficult problem?<div><font size="3">If you are a new victim of judicial or legal corruption, you start to see that the USA is a very different kind of place, than how you used to think of it. You are now confronted with the most hidden and terrible secret about life in modern America.
<br /><br />
The American legal system is not like what they told you in schoolbooks when you were a child. It is not like the way they picture it in Hollywood movies, or on USA television shows.
<br /><br />
It is not like what you see in the news media, in a few cases when famous people are on trial, and millions of dollars are being spent, and TV cameras are rolling, and reporters from around the world are watching everything that happens. Judges and lawyers behave very differently in those small number of legal cases that get high publicity.
<br /><br />Amidst the vast majority of American legal cases, below the media radar screen, what happens is often sordid and sleazy. Sometimes judges and lawyers commit crimes in broad daylight. Judges ignore the facts, ignore the law, ignore the truth, and ignore justice. Lawyers cut sleazy deals and sell out their own clients. Bribery is commonplace.
<br /><br />
There are courtrooms where judges and lawyers scream like lunatics at their victims, where judges and lawyers tell lies and plant false evidence, and no one says a word to fight them. Innocent people get sentenced to prison, or even to be strapped to a table and put to death; or people are told they will be sent to jail unless they pay extortion money to friends of the judge. Judges are hiring thugs to engage in extortion and intimidation of other people, to cover for their own bribery corruption. Fake 'show trials' are held, where both 'sides' of lawyers collude with the judge against the target victim - someone perhaps like yourself.
<br /><br />
The best way for rich people to get away with committing felony crimes in America, is to bribe and induce judges to be part of their criminal gang. This makes the crimes harder to pursue, because they almost never prosecute a judge, even when there is clear proof the judge is a criminal, out of their wish to hide that the whole system is crooked.
<br /><br />
Yes, it is really that bad.
<br /><br />
Unlike what people imagine, most legal cases are never even allowed to get to a jury - the judges make sure of that. People are crushed and destroyed, threatened and sentenced, denied access to their families and children, and lose everything they have and own, without any jury ever hearing what they had to say.
<br /><br />
America brags about having the 'rule of law', but this does not mean that the law is taken seriously. All it means is that there are people with the title of 'judges' and 'lawyers' involved, whilst you are being railroaded and denied your rights, whilst your family is destroyed, whilst your life is ruined, and your freedoms are trampled by a court. The 'rule of law' is just a propaganda phrase that covers for rule by lawyers who are often gangsters.
<br /><br />
The reality of American courts is an immense tragedy and catastrophe, a tragedy mostly un-reported in the news media. (See below on why USA media are quiet about crooked judges and lawyers.) There are millions of victims, with stories that are largely hidden, their suffering suppressed or obscured by big news media organisations. Some of these victims are under gag orders or bans on their freedom of speech, but many of these stories are out on the internet for you to see, sometimes even despite the gag orders. But don't expect to find these stories easily, the internet search companies often hide the truth for their own purposes, and judges are quickly tempted to issue 'orders to Google' to hide their own wrong-doing.
<br /><br />
Because these stories are not prominent on the TV news or in the major newspapers, most people who are not yet victims - maybe like yourself, before you became a victim - because of that, most people tend to believe what they have been told, about living in a 'free country' with 'justice in the courts', supposedly the 'greatest legal system in the world'.
<br /><br />
It is natural to believe this propaganda, it is human nature for Americans to accept these stories. But it is not the truth about the USA legal system. It is scary to confront that truth, to face the real facts about fraud and injustice in America's courts. But if you dig deeper, you come to find many particular cases and examples, which show you the real truth about what is going on in USA courts these days.
<br /><br />Judges in America are obsessed with controlling media about themselves, and hiding their misconduct. Via their decisions and decrees and orders, and also their rantings and ravings of malicious anger, are tools of propaganda against people who are victims of the legal system. Whatever courts and judges declare - however lying and false - is what everyone is allowed to talk about and repeat. No matter how dishonest, criminal, slanderous, or unjust, statements made by the judge are 'okay to publish' over and over again, particularly in major media. On the other hand, statements of a private person - especially if critical of a judge or court - are things that carry much less weight. Media often refuse to publish such statements, out of fear the judges will hit back at those media or their owners. With big Western internet search and social media companies mostly USA-centred, USA courts are able to dominate the picture of reality presented by media, who easily fall into the role of being USA judicial corruption partners and enablers.

What about the grievance procedures for dishonest and criminal judges?<font size="3">For both federal and state courts in the USA, you find some theoretical grievance procedures for misconduct by judges. You can often even find instructions as to what forms to file and where to file them. But, in the end, nearly all of this is a joke, a farce, and a fraud on American people.
<br /><br />
Nearly all such complaints are kept secret, permanently. Some jurisdictions have even made it an offence to talk about the fact that you have filed a complaint against a judge. Angry judges often itch to show their power with a 'contempt of court jailing' - which in cases in the USA have lasted as long as 14 years.<br /><br />
The judges read these complaints, and pass them around to each other, and maybe even laugh and joke about them. Sometimes the judges have little private talks with each other, and suggest strategies so as to not be so blatantly obvious in their offences in the future.
<br /><br />
The judges almost never take any official action on these complaints, regardless of how much evidence you have submitted. The complaints are rejected, and they tend to not even reply to the victim. If a reply is made, it is to dismiss the complaint, with a remark that the complainant is a "disgruntled litigant", or with some technicality or other being invented to jettison the complaint.
<br /><br />
Also, it can be nearly impossible to get a lawyer to help you file such misconduct charges - see below on why lawyers are afraid of revenge by the judges. But even with a lawyer making the complaint for you, the outcome would be the same: Nearly all complaints ignored or dismissed.
<br /><br />
In 2004, there was even appointed a national judicial ethics panel of the United States Supreme Court, with a Supreme Court judge as chairman. This became yet another group stonewalling on judicial corruption, so you could send in complaints and have them ignored right at the very top.
<br /><br />
USA judges look out very nicely for each other. On the other hand, judges who would dare to expose bribery and misconduct by other judges, can be attacked and driven out of office on trumped-up accusations.
That is one reason the judges and government collect all those complaints - they are permanent blackmail, a 'control file', a weapon that can be deployed at any time to destroy a judge who does not accept the corruption of fellow judges and the rich oligarchy.<br /><br />
Judges are jealous of their own sense of power, which is diminished every time a judicial scandal is exposed. So judges think it is better to cover up for any crimes by fellow judges, lest they lose whatever respect they have remaining, amongst people who don't know any better.

What about the local Bar or Bar association - Aren't they supposed to go after crooked lawyers and judges?<p><font size="3">Sadly, when you are a victim of corruption by judges and lawyers, the Bar ethics bodies who regulate lawyers, are often worse than useless, and help to cover up for crimes by lawyers and judges. </font><font size="3"><font size="3">These 'Bar legal ethics' people are an important part of maintaining the American culture of bribery and judicial misconduct.
</font></font></p><p><font size="3"> The right to practice law is obtained by being 'admitted to the Bar', the professional guild of lawyers, in each state or federal district. Sadly, that 'Bar' tends to be run by the local mafia of rich dominant lawyers and their judge friends, and the typical attitude is to cover up for crimes and offences by lawyers and judges. It is only when the lawyer's misconduct offends rich and powerful people, or the local legal mafia, or is so outrageous it gets known in the media, that the lawyer is sanctioned.</font></p><p><font size="3">Even worse, it is sometimes the brave and honest lawyers who are punished and expelled from the Bar and lose their law licence ... whilst gangster corrupt lawyers remain in good standing. <br /></font></p><p><font size="3">In each US state you are presented with procedures on how to file a complaint against a dishonest lawyer, which you present to the Bar, or to the particular lawyers' supervision body given this role. But just as with the complaint procedures about judges, these procedures are largely a joke, a farce and a fraud on the American people.
<br /><br />You may be amazed to see how fast the Bar sends you a letter back, claiming there is 'no action warranted' on your complaint, even though you may have submitted total clear proof of felony crimes by a lawyer, who maybe cheated you out of massive funds or helped hide the information that you were innocent. And if you have a complaint about the corruption at the Bar legal ethics body? Well, of course, you can take your complaint to a court and a judge, with the crooked lawyers and judges joining together to laugh at your helplessness.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">So the 'lawyer complaint procedures' become one more brick in the wall of corruption, one more brick in the wall of lies trying to deny the truth of what happened to you as a legal system victim.</font></p><p><font size="3">In the USA, lawyers are more or less under the direct personal control of the judges, more than their fellow lawyers. With over a million lawyers in the USA - over 1.3 million, according to some recent calculations - it seems that the mass of under-employed, low-income lawyers should be able to unite against the gangsters - but any lawyer trying to organise anything like this would be quickly destroyed - for 'violating bar ethics' of course, and likely for 'contempt of court' too.</font></p><p><font size="3">This is different from other advanced nations, where lawyers are often admitted to practice by their fellow lawyers. So, in other countries, lawyers are not so directly under the thumb of judges who may be crooked.
<br /><br />
Given that judges in America are too often involved in misconduct and fraud and bribery, and that these judges also control the Bar, that means your complaint about dishonest lawyers, are going right to the same judges who are involved in bribery with the crooked lawyers. The judges laugh along with their gangster lawyer friends, because the joke is on the public.
<br /><br />
The lawyers who are 'disciplined' by the Bar are mostly lawyers who have made the judges angry in some way - lawyers who dared to expose corruption; lawyers involved in bribery without giving the judges their proper share; political radicals or minority lawyers who have caused trouble for the judges and politicians; or lawyers whose crimes became so well known that the Bar feels it has to pretend to do something.
<br /></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">The one thing that happens to your complaint about a lawyer, is that it is kept in a file, a 'control file' for use in lifelong blackmail and extortion of that lawyer. Although maybe nothing is done at the moment to help you as a legal system victim, if that lawyer ever in the futue becomes uppity, and tries to say or do something without permission of the local political or judicial mafia - well then, all of a sudden, your ancient complaint will suddenly be 'interesting', and they may use it to help destroy the lawyer, take away his law licence and bankrupt him, maybe even jail him.</font></p><p><font size="3">But it is usually an empty hope, to think you will get justice, by means of filing a Bar complaint against a dishonest lawyer, even if he is openly and provably committing serious felonies. The law, the truth, the facts, the evidence, and justice itself, are all usually irrelevant. What matters is the way the lawyer in question is politically and financially connected to the judges and to the mafia of the oligarchy.
<br /><br />
The Bar Associations, or lawyers' unions, do not have power independent of the judges, and their members can be quickly sued, criminally charged, and have their law licences suspended or revoked. So they accept the system as it is, and join in the cover-up of offenses by other lawyers.

Dr Les Sachshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06346498668611814928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15039893.post-1123002775572320482005-08-02T19:11:00.000+02:002020-08-25T16:28:41.731+02:005. Why is it so hard to find a lawyer to fight legal or judicial corruption, why are all the lawyers afraid to help me?<p><font size="3">A typical experience in battle against judicial or legal wrongdoing, is that it becomes almost impossible to find a lawyer who will help you file lawsuits and complaints against judges, or against other lawyers - the lawyers are too afraid, even if you have hundreds of thousands available to pay legal fees.</font></p><p><font size="3">Although in that case beware! Lawyers will play complex games to defraud you of your money, spending your funds on alleged 'research and review', or weak court filings avoiding the truth ... and then refuse to return your funds after they betrayed you and cheated you.</font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">Honest lawyers, however, will simply refuse to help you out of fear. They may even get a phone call suddenly telling them to 'stay away' from you as a client.<br /><br />One reason for this fear is because the judges and their friends in the rich-lawyer mafia, generally control the Bar in your state, giving them total instant control over whether a lawyer can keep his law licence. So the Bar can not only ignore the complaints about dishonest lawyers who are involved in crimes with judges, the Bar can also take instant revenge on the lawyers who dare to question corruption.</font></p><p><font size="3">Lawyers who file complaints exposing judge or lawyer corruption, have been quickly stripped of their right to practice law, denied their livelihood and income and financially destroyed, and sometimes even criminally charged and sentenced to jail.
<br /><br />
Sometimes the local Bar will even admit that talking about legal corruption, is a specific reason for taking away a lawyer's license to practice, 'contempt of court' and so on. The revenge can be quick and instant.
The lawyer won't even be a lawyer long enough to represent you in court in the weeks after he made the 'mistake' of a court filing telling the truth.<br /><br />
Judges have many other ways to take revenge too. American judges love to abuse their 'contempt of court' privileges, and send a lawyer, or indeed anyone to jail, ordering the jailing right on the spot there in the courtroom, if a judge decides that person has been insufficiently submissive.
You have a 'right of appeal' in a jail cell - but victims have been held in jail for 'contempt of court' for as long as 14 years in the USA, with no trial and no criminal conviction, just because the judge said so, and all the appeals judges played along with it.<br /><br />
What this means, is that America's army of over a million lawyers, is submissive to the control of some thousands of judges, who operate the rigged game which is America's legal system. The lawyers are genuinely in fear. Even the many lawyers who are unemployed, the lawyers who are broke and desperate for money, are afraid to fight a case if it involves exposing judicial or legal corruption.
They have heard what happens, that they might never be able to work as a lawyer for the rest of their lives, and media and court records will show that they are a 'lawyer disbarred for misconduct'.<br /><br />
The small group of rich lawyers who make big money, and who run the various Bar and lawyers' associations, have accepted all of this, as the way that the 'game' is played. Lawyers who have direct contact with judges have accepted the threats and blackmail of the system.</font></p><p><font size="3">Lawyers feel that the current structure of bribery and court fraud and blackmail, is what maintains the high incomes of some lawyers, helping lawyers to earn fees of $500 per hour and more. Rich people and companies pay this money because they are afraid of injustice, and they know that the fees are big enough to include the money for bribes to the judges.
<br /><br />
Many lawyers - the more honest half - don't like the system, but they mostly keep their feelings private. Idividual lawyers cannot speak out about particular cases of bribery and fraud, because they know that revenge will likely be quickly taken against them.
<br /><br />
Lawyers will line up by the dozen to help other crooked lawyers, and to help judges play bribery games and do personal harm to you. But if you have proof of lawyers or judges involved in crime and wrongdoing, lawyers in general will avoid you as if you have the plague.

Aren't there lawyers who specialize in "legal malpractice" or misconduct by lawyers?<p><font size="3">Theoretically, there are a few lawyers who advertise among their specialties, that they are interested in 'legal malpractice' cases. But you will almost certainly find this to be another dead end, as you search for a lawyer to help you.
<br /><br />
Lawyers interested in 'legal malpractice' are only interested in defending and protecting lawyers who are accused of crimes and offences - they are not interested in exposing any wrongdoing by other lawyers.
<br /><br />
Lawyers who say they are willing to sue other lawyers, are usually only willing to file such lawsuits if it is all right with the judges first. If lawyers have already been publicly targeted as 'going rogue' - for example, stealing client funds and not paying the judges their share; of if the lawyer has become a political loud-mouth not in line with the oligarchy of rich people; or the lawyer is otherwise 'being stupid' and 'not playing the game by the rules' - then, yes, the lawyer can be sued.</font></p><p><font size="3">But if the lawyer has committed crimes that are fully approved by some judges, or has been serving the high oligarchy of very rich people - in such cases other lawyers will be in fear to speak of facts and evidence. Lawyers who commit crimes in collusion and partnership with judges are usually home free, with other lawyers too terrified to oppose them.</font></p><p><font size="3">
So the first question of a 'legal malpractice' lawyer, is whether some judge, or powerful politician, is already angry at the lawyer in question, and wants to take revenge on the lawyer - in that case the 'legal malpractice' lawyer might be willing to help you. A few narrow types of cases fall into this category - like lawyers who have missed a filing deadline in a personal injury lawsuit, thereby depriving other lawyers and judges of legal fees and bribery money.
<br /><br />
The lawyers, and the judges supporting them, will also tolerate a few lawsuits about legal misconduct, where the lawyers have engaged in malpractice or misconduct that hurts the big corporations or their shareholders. The judges and lawyers don't care about average citizens, but they do care about big corporations, shareholders, and wealthy people, so they consider evaluating whether a lawyer has provided good service to big corporations and wealthy people, which the judges see as the primary work of all USA lawyers. <br /></font></p><p><font size="3"><font size="3">Over decades, the US
legal system has been built this way on purpose. On the one hand,
Hollywood movies and TV sell a very fake picture of the 'great American
legal system', so that people without experience of it think there is
some justice in it. On the other hand, the system has evolved to work as
a mafia of control, so that common people can be easily crushed and thwarted, often
unable to get justice for themselves when their lives are being
destroyed by the rich and powerful.</font></font></p><p><font size="3">As far as the average citizen goes, the average legal system victim, you can pretty much forget about even the so-called 'legal malpractice' lawyers. No matter how clearly you can prove felony crimes by some evil lawyers and judges, the 'legal malpractice' lawyers will almost never help you.

Dr Les Sachshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06346498668611814928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15039893.post-1123002411692520012005-08-02T19:09:00.000+02:002020-08-25T21:18:18.826+02:007. I read about crazy lawsuits for trivial reasons where people win money - so why can't I find a lawyer to fight serious issues of legal corruption?<p><font size="3">It's true that there are lots of bogus, malicious, and perverted lawsuits filed in America, for all sorts of trivial and dishonest reasons. And it's true that some of these lawsuits even win money, where somebody gets a big pile of money for some silly complaint.
<br /><br />
But that doesn't mean you will be able to get legal help to fight a crooked lawyer or judge, even though you have massive proof of misconduct and felony crime by the lawyers and the judges.
<br /><br />
The legal profession likes the media to tell all those general lawsuit stories. They like the way these stories create terror among people and small businesses, and help induce people to pay more money for lawyers.
<br /><br />
The legal profession also likes the media to tell the stories of a few people who win millions of dollars in lawsuits. It is just like in gambling casinos, where the casino will very proudly announce that someone has won a huge jackpot. A few people win big, but most people will lose, and the stories of a few people hitting the 'jackpot' give false hope to all the many people who lose money.</font></p><p><font size="3">Also, many people who win lots of money in a lawsuit, are people who have serious injuries and medical problems, and who need to spend all that money on America's hugely expensive medical care system.
<br /><br />
Lawyers also like to create the impression that, 'You can find a lawyer to sue anybody for almost anything'. This, however, is a lie. It's true that you can find lawyers to file all sorts of silly, worthless and dishonest lawsuits, but only against certain targets.
<br /><br />
If you want to make up some lies and sue a doctor or a hospital, lawyers will jump out of the woodwork to help you. If you want to make up some lies and sue a small business, a business that doesn't have any political connections, lawyers will be glad to take your money and play this game along with you. If you want to harass your poor neighbor down the street, and your neighbor doesn't have political protectors, lawyers will be glad to take your money and play the lawsuit game.
<br /><br />
But if you want to sue a big powerful company with political connections, lawyers start to slow down a bit. They might take your money and file a lawsuit against that kind of company, but they will start to be a little timid about what they do. And they well might pocket your money, and then take a bribe from the lawyers for the big company to sabotage your case, your lawyer knowing in advance that he will betray you, and you will lose, even as he cashes the first cheque you pay him.<br /><br />
If you want to file a lawsuit against some politician or the government, now things really start to slow down. Lawyers, even broke lawyers desperate for money, will start to walk on eggshells here. They might be willing to file some sort of general administrative lawsuit about this or that, but they also will be very hesitant to expose real wrongdoing by some powerful official, politician or government agency, unless the big corporate media tied to the oligarchy, is itself making a target of that government official. Sometimes, there is a standard framework encouraging the lawyers, such as in charges of police brutality, allowing the lawyers to make claims. But overall, lawyers often hesitate before taking legal action against the government, and will first check to see if higher powers won't be angry at them.<br /><br />
But if you want to sue another lawyer, or file some lawsuit that exposes the misconduct of a dishonest judge, then you will likely hear: No way, buster! This is the territory of career suicide for a lawyer. He might end up losing his license to practice law, and both the lawyer and you might wind up in jail on phony charges. You can keep on asking several thousand lawyers, like other people have done, and yet never find a single lawyer who is willing to file a lawsuit against another lawyer who is crooked. You can have lots of money, and total proof of crime by the guilty lawyers, and yet you may never find a lawyer to truly help you.
<br /><br />
That's the reality of 'how the game is played' in the USA legal system.
<br /><br />

I had a lawyer in my original legal case, but he acted weak, timid and stupid in the courtroom, he didn't try to strongly defend me - Why was that?<p><font size="3">USA lawyers live in perpetual fear of the judge-lawyer mafia that can instantly end their career. The fear of judges also changes their legal behavior in regular legal cases, too, even cases that don't seem (at first) to involve judicial or legal corruption.
<br /><br />
When you talk with a lawyer in his office, you may hear him or her talk about all sorts of wonderful things the lawyer promises to do for you - all sorts of countersuits that will be filed, all sorts of things the lawyer will say to defend you. The lawyer can sound like a smart, caring, effective person.
<br /><br />
But then you may find, when it comes to the actual legal filings, or the lawyer's performance in the courtroom, your lawyer is suddenly a wimp and an idiot. He or she only argues about trivial matters, and forgets to mention the most important evidence about why you are innocent or right.
<br /><br />
The reason for this, is that much of what goes on in American courtrooms is phoney and fake, with the outcome decided in advance by the judge and the lawyers. Lawyers don't really work for their clients, in the way they pretend when they are trying to get your money.</font></p><p><font size="3">The real allegiance of lawyers is to the legal system itself - the legal system that gives them a job, and provides them the opportunity to take money from clients and victims. But the price of that opportunity, is being willing to betray or abandon that client, whenever the judicial-legal mafia wants that to happen.</font></p><p><font size="3">So the ultimate loyalty of lawyers is not to the client. Their loyalty is channelled through judges, into service for the government or 'deep state', or for the rich people or corporations who pay big bribes.
<br /><br />
Even though you might have given a lot of money to 'your' lawyer, the judge might have gotten a really big bribe from the other side. The judge may even have received instructions or threats. In the USA, sometimes even federal judges get shot dead on the street, after they make a few 'wrong' rulings not helping the rich and powerful. This is part of why the big corporations usually win their cases against the little person.
<br /><br />
Your lawyer is more like a crooked television pro wrestler, who gets paid to 'take a dive', to intentionally lose, in a rigged, pre-arranged wrestling match. He pretends to fight a little bit, then he lays down while the judge / referee counts to 10.
<br /><br />
Lawyers are submissive to the judges in the way that they present their cases. If the judge doesn't want to hear something, the lawyer will try to avoid presenting those facts or arguments. Hence, very often, the truth is never spoken, the motion is never filed, the claims are not made, the facts are not presented. The person whom you imagine is 'your' lawyer, trims and narrows the presentation to make it pleasing to the judge, and to the forces of wealth, power and government that the judge represents. Your lawyer may well be bribed by the other side's lawyers, to help him along in betraying you.
<br /><br />
If the lawyers don't play along with this game, they may suffer the destruction of their careers, or even be railroaded into prison.
<br /><br />
This is also how so many poor people and minorities are sent to prison, even though they are completely innocent. They are shoved into accepting a 'plea bargain', with no jury trial, by the lies and deceptions of a 'public defender' lawyer, who is trying to hold onto his job. If the 'public defender' does not cooperate with the judge and prosecutors in railroading poor people into jail, he can be pushed out of work, or even suffer worse revenge, like being disbarred or jailed on false charges himself.
<br /><br />
In lawsuits between people and big companies, the big corporations and rich people who pay for the bribes, may not even specifically talk about bribery with their lawyer. They hire a lawyer with "connections", pay him $500 an hour or whatever he asks, and don't ask any questions about the details. The lawyers themselves have lots of cash floating around in their pockets, and wait for a discreet moment to pass it to the judge. If you have a chance to talk frankly with USA lawyers, they will acknowledge bribery is commonplace.</font></p><p><font size="3">A big difference between the USA and developing countries, is that in poorer countries the bribes are more obviously paid directly to public officials. The USA is 'more sophisticated', in that the bribes are often passed through the lawyers and law firms. The USA also involves significantly 'delayed' bribes to public officials. Maybe the FBI director doesn't receive cash whilst in the job, but afterwards, the law firms whose bribery and corruption he indulged, give him a job paying many hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.<br /><br />
Often, the judge and the lawyers agree among themselves about how it's all going to 'go down', with the end result decided in advance, and as a legal system victim, you merely hear the result of what the gangsters tell you is 'the best deal possible', according to 'your' lawyer, whose job is to sell the deal to you, threatening you if necessary, and compel you to go along. 'Your' lawyer may well begin to threaten or intimidate you, even describe how you will be killed in a fake accident or suicide, if you do not go along. If a lawyer tries to fight this system, the lawyer and the client both, might be quickly crushed and destroyed. American lawyers learn quickly that they must 'play the game' if they are to survive at all, and they are shown the stories of the lawyers who lost their law licence in their own neighbourhood.
<br /><br />
There are lawyers who wish they could help people more. But they find themselves too afraid to take the actions they know should be taken, to really defend and fight for their clients. America's lawyers are themselves in fear, trained to be submissive and timid to America's judges and mafia 'bar ethics' groups, as the only way to get the rewards of a legal career.
<br /><br />
In fact, it is essentially impossible to find radical, bold, brave lawyers like there were in an earlier day, or like you imagine from television and movies. The author of this FAQ is living proof of that. The judges don't allow honest, brave lawyers to survive very long. Such lawyers have been successfully suppressed, disbarred, jailed, or otherwise intimidated and constrained.</font></p><p><font size="3">That is why when you try to confront judicial and legal corruption, you are usually very much alone and without any legal help.

What about prosecutors and police - won't the prosecutors or the FBI go after crooked lawyers and judges?<p><font size="3">This is another frustrating dead end in your search for justice. In theory, the local district attorney, or the police, or the federal prosecutors and the FBI, should all be going after crooked lawyers and judges.
<br /><br />
But you will find that these people usually have no interest in going after crooked lawyers and judges, no matter how clear and devastating the proof of crime that you present to them. They may even give you back the evidence and refuse to accept it, so they can pretend later that they never saw it and don't have it.
<br /><br />
One of the sad things about life in America, is that average citizens are in part denied the right to bring criminal complaints against other people. You aren't allowed to yourself bring criminal charges of extortion and fraud against a lawyer, unless a prosecutor or other magistrate or official 'approves' of prosecuting your accusations.
You can 'make a complaint' in some ways, but there is no real effective power to make them do anything about it.</font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">In theory but not in practice, the law claims to give you some means to start a prosecution going. In the case of federal law - which often applies to legal system victims, given your constitutional rights have been violated - you have the 'right' to request a federal grand jury of common citizens, to listen to your evidence of crime. But if you do make this demand as allowed by law, you may find that they prosecutors just stall and delay. To make the prosecutor do his job, you of course have the option - yes, you guessed it - to go to a judge. Good luck with that, given that judges and prosecutors are essentially in the same mafia together. The prosecutor as well, often wouldn't hestitate to advise the grand jury that your allegations are crazy and unfounded, and no one should listen to you.<br /><br />
So what you tend to find is that public officials cover up for crimes by their special friends, the lawyers and judges. This is all part of the 'game'. The police and prosecutors, after all, depend on crooked lawyers and judges to succeed in their own work. Many of Americans more than 2 million prisoners who are now in America's jails, are innocent, railroaded into jail on flimsy evidence, on unreliable testimony from criminal snitches, or by a plea bargain induced by extortion threats coming from the corrupt 'public defender' lawyer.</font></p><p><font size="3">For poor and especially minorities, jailing on false charges are a common reality. For middle-class people, there is a common experience of being cheated out of money, or railroaded in a corrupt divorce proceeding. Very sadly, middle-class people cheated by lawyers and judges out of money, often fail to understand how often minorities are arrested when innocent.</font></p><p><font size="3">A crime is committed, and police and prosecutors often arrest somebody, anybody, who they feel 'probably did something bad some other time if not this crime'. Youth in poor minority neighbourhoods know that innocent people like themselves get arrested ... and so they wonder, why not be a criminal and enjoy life a little, if I'm likely to be arrested or jailed someday anyway?<br /><br />
Lawyers and judges are the people who help the police and prosecutors do their dirtiest work. There is lots of mutual back-scratching here. Judges and lawyers help cover up for crimes and misconduct by police and prosecutors; in return, police and prosecutors help cover up for crimes by judges and lawyers. It is an old, ancient game, and the players are all familiar with the rules.
<br /><br />
Occasionally there is a prosecution of some lawyer or low-level judge for some crime, but this is usually when that person has become a wild card, who went too far, or didn't play by the established rules, maybe got too greedy in exceeding the quiet system of influence and bribery. But sometimes it is exactly because that lawyer or judge tried to fight the system or not play along, that they are being railroaded on some accusation. News reports rarely tell the real story of what is going on behind the scenes.
<br /><br />
But for the average person who has clear proof of felony crimes by a lawyer or judge, the police and prosecutors and FBI are usually not interested. They will simply put the material in their files, and not do anything about it ... unless the judge or lawyer later becomes a political target, unrelated to how they made a victim out of you.<br /><br />

Is it true that once I become a victim of judicial and legal corruption, I basically become an "outlaw" to the whole legal system in America?<font size="3">Sadly, yes. There is no person more isolated in the American legal system, than someone who is a victim of legal and judicial corruption and who has started to complain about it, or shown any signs that he or she is aware of the crooked game that is being played.
<br /><br />
By complaining about dishonest lawyers and judges, you may no longer have any shred of safety left in your life inside America. The judges and lawyers and police will make you, in the ancient sense of the word, an 'outlaw', outside the law, where it is open season for anyone to do harm to you, and no lawyer or judge or police officer will ever protect you.
<br /><br />
Murderers and rapists can find a lawyer - no problem at all. Lawyers love to have clients who are guilty of serious crimes, sleazy clients who want to cut a 'deal' with the system.
<br /><br />
But if you are an innocent person who has complained about a lawyer or a judge, or who has shown signs of even being aware of dishonesty or corruption in the legal system, then you are in great danger, and may already be an 'outlaw' to America's lawyers and courts. You may be an outlaw not only in the particular legal case where you complained about corruption, but in any future legal case of any kind at all. You might find yourself totally without legal help in unrelated legal matters, because you have now become fair game for all gangsters and criminals as well as the government.<br /><br />
You might be arrested on false criminal charges, and find that no lawyer wants to help you. Other people can wreck your house and steal money from you, and you may find that no lawyer will dare come forward to help protect your rights.
<br /><br />
If you had a past record of robbing banks or harming children, sure, lawyers will help you, no problem. But if you have a past record of complaining about lawyers and judges, then you are alone, and lawyers and judges will sit back and watch and laugh while you are victimised. And lawyers themselves may start lining up to cheat you and steal your money, making false promises and then immediately betraying you after cashing your cheque, lawyers knowing that you are helpless to fight back, and that judges and the Bar will be supporting them in the theft of your funds.

Is it just a question of money - could I fix things if I had some money?<p><font size="3">Surprisingly enough, even fairly large piles of money, are not enough to fight legal corruption.
<br /><br />
You may initially have become a victim of malice by judges and lawyers, in part because you didn't have much money. Lawyers maybe told you they couldn't help you, because you didn't have money. But you will find that even if you win the lottery and get a large pile of money, you often still cannot hire any lawyers to really fight wrongdoing in USA courts and law firms.
<br /><br />
It is nothing less than an iron wall of corruption with America's judges and lawyers. Lawyers are nearly always frightened away from representing you or helping you, if you are someone who has exposed or criticised wrongdoing amongst judges or well-connected lawyers, and that doesn't change because you can afford to pay legal fees.
<br /><br />
However, if you do have or come into some money, you indeed can find lawyers who will defraud you and steal your money, but not truly represent you and fight for you. One way they do this is by the common 'research and review' scam. A sleazy lawyer fleecing a legal corruption victim, might first claim that you must pay him to 'evaluate the issues'. He takes a large pile of money, and writes a useless 'legal memorandum' he puts together from legal database sources, telling you there is this issue and that issue and blah-blah-blah, but in the end he refuses to help you, and all you have is a useless 'memorandum' as a result of the lawyer's fraud.
<br /><br />
Another way a lawyer will steal your money is by making false promises to you, even giving you a phony written contract, and then just pocketing your money. Once he cashes your cheques, the lawyer then begins abusing you and backing out on his promises. He refuses to do work for you or file the lawsuits he promised, he suddenly tells you that you must keep quiet about bribery and corruption, and meanwhile he keeps all your money because of all his 'legal work' and 'research' on your case. And then of course the judges and the 'bar ethics' bodies will support the lawyer in stealing your money, perhaps getting a bribe out of the funds the lawyer cheated out of you.
<br /><br />
America really has two legal systems using the same courts. One system is for rich people and big corporations, and those who can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on legal fees and bribes. It has been said that the only people who can really truly 'fight' the legal system on somewhat equal terms - especially if false criminal charges are involved - are those who have 10 million dollars.</font></p><p><font size="3">The other USA 'legal system' is for everybody else, who are simply pawns in the big legal 'game'. The average middle class or poor person, simply doesn't matter very much to judges and lawyers.
You are just an object for the others to knock around whilst they pursue their career and earn money and bribes.<br /><br />
But even people who are wealthy, or big wealthy corporations, cannot directly fight the legal culture of bribery and corruption. Even lawyers for big corporations, are too scared to expose bribery and fraud by other lawyers and judges. They lose their jobs, companies and law firms are quietly advised not to dare hire such
people, and maybe they lose their law licence too.</font></p><p><font size="3">Even a big corporation, confronted with bribery, will simply file complex appeals on technical issues, and hire other expensive lawyers who may bribe other judges, and make a bunch of political donations, to create the political and judicial incentives so as to get the initial bad results reversed or limited in some way.</font></p><p><font size="3"><font size="3">Even the richest people in the USA have been targeted with legal actions after they did or said something against their brothers and sisters in the USA billionaire oligarchy. When they submit and start to 'behave' again, cases are dropped and investigations come to an end.</font> </font></p><p><font size="3">A business knows that if it speaks up about dishonest judges, it will have a bad time in the courts from other judges in the future. It will start losing big lawsuits, and may even be wiped out or destroyed, as judges take revenge on the company.</font></p><p><font size="3">It is not 'law' that holds sway in USA courts, it is just as often a mafia 'under colour of law', operating with a legal veneer, a machine that serves the rich who are politically-connected, and destroys and damages the common people whom the oligarchy is willing to have robbed or destroyed. They want you to 'believe' in the USA legal system up until the time you actually need justice from it ... and then when you do have a day in court, they want you to be sufficiently intimidated and afraid, you do what you are told by lawyers who may be gangsters working behind the scenes with bribed judges, rich people, or the government. <br /><br />

Why doesn't someone fight this whole big crooked system - What is keeping all of this going?<p><font size="3">To understand American legal corruption, it's necessary to go into a deeper understanding of how the machinery of American society really works - who has power, and why they use it that way. This is a big and complex question, about which many books can be written, and which can be looked at in different ways. But here are some short summaries to help you initially understand why the American judicial system has become the mess that it is.
<br /><br />
As for 'someone' to fight this system, there have long been many little 'someones' trying to fight this battle. Sometimes, you can find such people on the internet, even though you may not have heard about them before you yourself became a legal system victim. The first decade of the new millennium, the 00s, when there was less pro-oligarch internet censorship by the major search engines, in particular saw a very worthy 'Jail 4 Judges' movement across the country, bringing victims together, and seeking to do something about America's terrifying and catastrophic legal system, against immense odds.<br /><br />
There are still people trying to fight this battle. But overall, there is no big powerful 'someone', with big money and influence and lawyers and media coverage, who is willing and able to fight this system as it now stands.
<br /><br />
In America right now, two giant institutions are breaking down at the same time. One is the legal and court system, with the moral collapse of America's lawyers, now submissive to America's judges and to the culture of legal corruption.
<br /><br />
The second institution that is breaking down, is that of the big news media organisations and internet platforms, the news media now very timid, and not covering much of the news that people need and want to hear.</font></p><p><font size="3">Lawyers are afraid, journalists are afraid, and so the real story about America's courts is not getting told. America is a land of great fear. This needs to be understood in more detail, so you can understand why the judges have such power and control, and why judicial corruption is so rampant.
<br /><br />
A good question to start analysing power and corruption, is to ask the classic question from ancient Rome - <i>Cui bono</i>? Who benefits from this corruption?
<br /><br />
With judicial and legal misconduct, clearly the judges and the rich lawyers benefit from it. An unfair system that involves bribery and influence peddling, makes the judges and leading lawyers richer. They get a lot more money than they would in a fair system. The more injustice in America, the more fear that clients have, the more money they will pay to lawyers. Fear and injustice equals money for lawyers and judges.
<br /><br />
Lawyers who are able to bribe judges and influence court results, know that people with cash will pay large money for such 'legal service', when big money is a reliable way to get results that you want, overwhelming the law and the facts and justice itself. If the system was fair, the little guy or victim would win more often. On the other hand, a bribery system, will tend to give more reliable results for the rich people who are paying the big fees and bribery money.
<br /><br />
And partly it is just the ancient human emotion of the quest for power. A dishonest judge feels more powerful than an honest one. It is one thing to decide a legal case; it is another all together, to fix and rig the system for yourself and your friends. It can make people feel almost like a god, to twist and pervert the system and the USA Constitution. Pride and the lust for power, are ancient human emotions, especially for people who are drawn to politics, like judges.
<br /><br />
In the USA and in Anglo-heritage societies in general, people grow up thinking that judges are the ultimate power. So people who seek power, want to become judges. And then how much more powerful you can feel as a judge, to twist and rig the whole game. Especially when you know that other judges are twisting and rigging the game too. And that judges can wind up shot dead on the street if they don't play the game with the others.
<br /><br />
But we need to look more deeply, beyond the judges and lawyers themselves, to see who is benefiting from the current crooked USA legal system, and why the system keeps going. And this of course is the oligarchy, seeking control of a nation and society, and the ability to crush any threat to the own wealth and power and dominance, in having things their own way. See the following questions for more on this.

But with the judges so out of control in America, aren't there rich people and political groups that have even more power than the judges?<p><font size="3">Why is nobody powerful trying to stop the judges and lawyers from abusing people?
It seems like there should be a group from amongst the USA billionaires - or the larger group of people with 100 million dollars or more - who should be able to create a great popular movement for judicial reform.<br /><br />If the judges were not serving the billionaires well as a group, it is certain that the billionaires would mount a large media-driven 'judicial reform' movement. But one or a few billionaires who are wronged by the system, are not enough - they would be crushed and destroyed by the other billionaires, who can weaponise the power of the US government, the Justice Department and above all the federal judges.</font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">Three of the richest people in the USA - each of whom has at times been the 'richest person in the world', not just the USA - Warren Buffett, Jeff Bezos, and my own Harvard undergraduate classmate, Bill Gates - have all been 'hit' with various damaging actions by the USA governmental and judicial apparatus. At one point, Warren Buffett was menaced with an 'investigation' of aspects of his companies, touching on him personally. Bill Gates was menaced with an anti-trust break-up of Microsoft, ironic given that it was an anti-trust action against IBM that put into Gates' hands the computer operating system for the DOS-Windows computer family. And Jeff Bezos was recently squeezed into paying tens of billions to ex-wife in a divorce, making her the richest woman in the world.</font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">All three of these billionaires came from politically-connected families. Buffett's father was a 1940s US Congressman associated with the establishment of the USA nuclear war command centre in his home state. Bill Gates' father was a deeply-politically-involved insider lawyer. Jeff Bezos' grandfather was a key figure for years in the USA nuclear and security apparatus.</font></p><p><font size="3">Yet, each of these billionaires, appeared to submit to the judicial-government 'system' as the price of continuing to grow and expand their wealth. The actions against Buffett and Gates were both dropped, after which both seemed to become less critical of the establishment way of doing things. Jeff Bezos paid up the tens of billions to his ex-wife, unable to 'rig' the divorce court system as people of much lesser wealth seem to have been able to do.</font></p><p><font size="3">Although it seems that a billionaire is a 'free man or woman', any of them can be taken down by a concerted set of government investigations and legal actions, if they rub against the billionaire consensus of what rich people are supposed to do. And sometimes they simply just must pay a 'tax', to be a role model for others. Jeff Bezos paid tens of billions to his ex-wife, and now every judge in the USA can say, 'Even Jeff Bezos had to pay billions to his ex-wife, so you must pay too!' And after Jeff Bezos paid, he was allowed to become even richer, making even more extra tens of billions than he lost in the divorce case.</font></p><p><font size="3">If a billionaire really started to go after the gangster judges by funding a judicial reform movement, you can bet he would suddenly have lots of 'problems'. Accusations. Investigations. Lawsuits. Loss of favour for his businesses in internet search results. And on and on. He could even be killed if the other oligarchs thought that was the way to solve the problem.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">Billionaires - richest in the world - have been made bankrupt by trying to fight the system, as happened to the Hunt brothers in their silver acquistions and trading of the 1970s-80s. The Hunts were warned, but refused to listen to the warning, and then were destroyed by 'sudden changes in the rules' affecting their loans and investments, and were eventually convicted of various offences, much of their great wealth turning into vapour once the system went after them.<br /><br />
In the USA and many other nations, there are said to be three 'branches' of government: The judiciary branch of judges; the executive branch of the President and state governors; and the legislative branch under congress and the various state legislatures. Two main political parties, Democrats and Republicans, control nearly everyone in government throughout the USA, with just a handful of exceptions, a few libertarians and the odd socialist and so on. But nearly all judges, the President and governors, and nearly all legislators, are members of these two big parties.</font></p><p><font size="3">It is not well-known but the USA Constitution actually made Congress Supreme over all judges, even the Supreme Court. The Constitution says that if such judges do not have "good behaviour", they can be removed, via impeachment by the Congress House and trial by the USA Senate ordering their removal.</font></p><p><font size="3">However, that power is almost never used, despite how the Chairman of the US Congress House Judiciary Committee - who would initiate impeachment proceedings against judges - should be much more powerful and significant than he is. In practice in the USA, the judges are the highest or supreme branch. The President has more raw power in his hands, but he still winds up under the courts in the way government practice has been structured, and we see federal judges continually 'order' a stop to something the President was doing. Weaker still are the legislators. The Congress passes laws, but is not as powerful as the President, or the courts, since the judges can nullify or re-interpret the laws.
<br /><br />
Yet this weakest-in-practice branch of government, the bodies of individual legislators, is the one closest to the people. The President is more distant, and the most distant of all are the judges. So the in-practice highest powers, are the most distant from the public.</font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">Founding Americans such as Thomas Jefferson warned and feared that its 1789 Constitution was too weak about controlling the judges, and that eventually the judges would have too much power on behalf of rich oligarchs, a judicial tyranny. And it seems he was right.</font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">Rich people prefer to have things dominated by judges, because the judges and their lawyer friends are by nature close to the rich people who are paying expensive lawyers, and can fund discreet bribery via those lawyers. In Anglo countries especially, the 'law' is like a fake religion, with the black-robed judges the 'priests'. In many religions you are not supposed to question the religious authorities, and in this fake USA religion of 'supreme law courts', you are not supposed to question the judges.<br /><br />
This is rather different from other advanced countries, where the parliaments or legislators are more in charge, because they directly represent the people, and the power of the people who have a 'right' to go into the streets and make a revolution, like in 1789 France. With that Napoleonic law tradition embodying the idea of revolutionary sovereignty by people, in Europe the parliament is usually more powerful than the executive, more often a prime minister rather than the president, or the judges. But in the USA, to a degree like few other places, the judges are on top of the heap, not the parliament or congress.
<br /><br />
Even though in the USA the judges hold the highest political power, judges are yet the government group that people are supposed to be afraid to criticise. People are allowed to talk politics about the President or Congress, but are fearful and timid of saying things about the judges, who are help up as a quasi-religious icon of 'the law'.
<br /><br />
Yet behind those judges, are the real biggest power in America, collectively worth trillions of dollars, the big corporations, and the very wealthiest billionaires and multi-millionaires, the big investors who own those corporations. These corporations are more powerful than any individual or any branch of the government, and if they wanted, they could as a group change the way the government works.
<br /><br />
These big corporations, with the billionaires and multi-millionaire investors, have effective ownership and funding and control of the important institutions in the United States. They own almost all of the major news media, nearly all the television and radio and newspapers, the dominant internet search and information portals and many internet sites, which Americans read as sources of news and information.
<br /><br />
Corporations and wealthy people provide most of the money for both political parties - both the Democrats and the Republicans - yes, they are the sources of most of the money used by both of these two parties in their billion dollars of election campaigns. Both political parties get their money from a group of oligarchs who are well-acquainted with each other, and who keep each other in line with the overall oligarch agenda. Although some of these people and corporations tilt more to one party or another due to their thematic inclinations, it is often just merely friendly rivalry under the oligarch umbrella, as to which party's current themes are better for managing and advancing oligarch class interests.
<br /><br />
The big corporations and billionaires and multi-millionaires, also supply the money for most of the big 'non-profit organisations' and think tanks, the organisations you see that have good funding, paid employees, and money to spend on fancy internet sites, fundraising and advertising. Wherever you turn in America for established information, or to observe well-funded political activity, you are usually running into something ultimately funded by America's biggest corporations and wealthiest people.
<br /><br />
The power of the corporations and billionaires and multi-millionaires, are the real force behind the judges, and the current environment of unlimited judicial power. This is explored further below.<br /><br />

Dr Les Sachshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06346498668611814928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15039893.post-1123001906912648052005-08-02T18:56:00.000+02:002020-08-30T17:23:45.960+02:0014. How is the power of the big corporations in America, connected to the abuse of power by judges and lawyers?<p><font size="3">So why don't the rich people and corporations keep the judges under control, and force them to be honest?
<br /><br />
In talking about the power of the big corporations, and the billionaires and multi-hundred-millionaires, it isn't necessary to take sides on issues like market capitalism versus leftist social democracy, or the old-fashioned debate about what Americans call 'conservative' versus 'liberal' viewpoints.
<br /><br />
What is involved here, is the monopoly power of rich companies and a few rich people, so concentrated that it has become huge and dangerous, and stifles free competition, personal independence, and human rights. It is what even USA Presidents, going back to Teddy Roosevelt, warned about as the dangerous power of 'trusts', cartels and monopolies. This also ties in to what US President Dwight Eisenhower warned against as the power of the 'military industrial complex', the big corporations and wealthy people receiving the trillions of 'national security' spending, whom he said might eventually control all branches and aspects of government, if people were not vigilant.
<br /><br />
It is that kind of concentrated, monopoly power that is at issue here - not just the power of the judges and lawyers themselves as a monopoly, but the power of the corporations behind those judges and who set up the system as it now stands.
<br /><br />
Of course it benefits judges themselves to operate a culture of almost naked and unrestrained power, where complaints about judges are only reviewed by other judges. It benefits the judges to have a system where the lawyers appearing in court must slavishly submit to the judges, and not dare expose corruption, or else instantly lose their ability to practice law, and maybe face jail under judge orders for 'contempt of court'. The system now is where USA judges can commit crimes and develop a culture of gang bribery, secure in the knowledge that they can cover up for themselves and any fellow judges who engage in bribery and misconduct.
<br /><br />
The current game benefits the judges, and it benefits the group of wealthy lawyers who play dirty games with the judges and who buy influence with them. But all of that may not be enough to explain why the game keeps going on.
<br /><br />
Over and over again, people cry out in private: Why doesn't 'somebody' do something about these crooked judges and lawyers? Why won't anyone help me? Why do the politicians, the police and everybody else, stay silent whilst all of this is going on?
<br /><br />
Yes, theoretically, the legislators have the power to go after the judges. Theoretically, media could start publicising on the front page of the newspapers, and in the headlines of news broadcasts, all the terrible crimes being committed by judges and lawyers, all the stories of so many victims, with so much proof in written documents. If major media wished, they could publicise all those stories that are usually only found on obscure internet pages, written by people after they themselves have become victims. The media could talk about the giant hidden iceberg of USA court corruption, with hundreds of thousands of victims, and numbering in the millions when you count family members.
<br /><br />
But nonetheless, all the millions of victims of the legal system are suffering, and finding that no one in power, no big political party or influential media organisation, is taking up their cause, beyond the very occasional hint of what is happening. Why not?
<br /><br />
The answer ultimately lies in the power of the big corporations, and their billionaire and multi-millionaire investors. These powers, ultimately, like the current system as it is. It works for them, even though the average common person often gets run over by the big bus driven by the judges, known as the American legal system. These big corporations, who also own the media companies, and who also supply the money for your congress-people and legislators, like the system as it is. So all the people who get the big corporation and billionaire money - the media, the legislators, the prosecutors and state governors who run for office, as well as the lawyers - they all generally stay quiet about legal corruption, because they know that the current legal system is what is wanted by those big corporations and investors who have lots of cash to deploy, either for them or against them.
<br /><br />
A 'fair' legal system, which made the little person equal to the big corporation, is obviously something dangerous to the corporations, causing the corporations not only to lose money, but even more important, to lose control. An unfair legal system - where only the richest can afford to play the game well - benefits the corporations greatly.
<br /><br />
Almost no one in America can pay lawyers $500 an hour for months and months. But this is small change for big companies or billionaires, to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on lawyers.
For rich psychopaths, it is a pleasure to spend millions on the most disgusting crimes, such as raping children, or racist threats and murder of innocent people.<br /><br />
And it is not just lawsuits and legal claims, which the big corporations and rich investors are worried about. It is control of all the machinery of government, control of democracy itself, that is secured by owning the legal system.
<br /><br />
America is the nation in the world whose political system, is most controlled and owned by big corporations and investors. An unfair legal system, with lots of influence-buying and bribery, not only lets companies win their particular legal battles, in taking away the rights of the little person. It also prevents other kinds of protests and political activity that could threaten the big companies' profits and power. The working class and middle class people, can be kept submissive and in fear, afraid of ever trying to ask for their rights either in the court or in the political or media arenas.<br /><br />
So America's unfair legal system is an important tool by the rich, used to keep people shut up and quiet and fearful. Similarly, the monopoly ownership of America's media by the big companies keeps many Americans ignorant of things that are going on, the media hiding what the corporations do not want them to hear.
This corporate control extends to the internet portal companies, the internet search engines and social media, all of whom play their part in hiding truth.<br /><br />
Americans are in terror of the law and the legal system, as just enough stories of people's lives being destroyed via the courts, are allowed to circulate in the media. If the average American is arrested, he already instinctively fears that he will be railroaded and sent to jail if he is not rich, and if he does not have several hundred thousand dollars to spend. If he is sued by a big company, the average person instinctively fears to lose everything he owns, and go bankrupt.
<br /><br />
The legal system is used to quash, silence and destroy, and even imprison, little people who try to criticise big companies, rich people, and - of course - judges and lawyers. The legal system is used to attack and harass people who try to start independent political parties or reform movements, or engage in protest activity, and to crush independent writers and critics.
<br /><br />
One big tool of destroying people's lives, is the whole farce of American courts on divorce and family law, the custody of children and alimony and divorce property disputes. By keeping millions of Americans tied up in years of legal hell and losing money to this system, working Americans are kept poor, and drained of energy and resources they could use for other activity, such as politics on behalf of the working class.
<br /><br />
In a general demoralisation of the working and lower classes and especially minorities, America has built a giant gulag of prisons, with more than 2 million prisoners - approximately one-fourth, twenty-five percent, of all the prisoners in the entire world. The USA is now a big jailhouse, with something like 1 out of every 150 US citizens currently in prison, many of them innocent, especially minorities.</font></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">Some people like to talk about statistics of high crime amongst minorities. Well, one thing that can be said in response, is that for decades now, US prosecutors largely do not care if the person they arrest for the crime is guilty or innocent. A crime is committed, and the detectives will often arrest some 'rando' minority, some hapless black or Latino individual, and say to themselves, 'Well he probably did some other crime even if he didn't do this one.' If minority crime statistics are high, it is in part because the actual criminals who did crimes, are often not the one arrested. With poorer minority cases knowing well that innocent young men especially are arrested, others lose the incentive to be law-abiding.</span><br /></p><p><font size="3">
Working class and minority Americans live in fear of being sent to jail on false and bogus charges, with fake evidence from crooked jailhouse snitches, who tell lies just to get a lighter sentence for themselves. Sometimes you learn that an innocent man was strapped to a table and put to death, on the basis of such flimsy crooked evidence.</font></p><p><font size="3">Paradoxically, middle-class whites in the USA often think the jailing of blacks and Hispanics are all 'mostly legitimate', even tho they themselves have experiences of getting mauled and abused in USA courts, although more in lawsuit and divorce cases and cases involving money. Very tragically in these times of racial and social group tension, there is too little understanding that, for example, American whites and blacks and Latinos, are all victimised by the US legal system, although in somewhat different ways for the middle class and the poor amongst minorities.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3"><font size="3">By contrast, hardly anybody
is in jail in Europe, and the crime rates are much lower, despite many
European countries only jailing 1 out of 1000 people, instead of 1 out
of 150 like in the USA. America imprisons a much higher percentage of
people than China, Cuba or other countries that USA leaders like to
criticise.
<br /></font><br />
The average person in the USA is already at least subconsciously aware that the legal system is a terrifying monster. It's a frightening iron fist of corruption on what should have been a better nation.

What kind of a deal is in place between America's judges and lawyers, on the one hand, and the corporations and multi-millionaires?<p><font size="3">The legal system works well for the big corporations and investors and multi-millionaires and billionaires - they can play the legal "game" and often get what they want. On the other hand, the legal system works badly for the average person, the innocent man or woman who is getting financially destroyed or jailed, or banned from seeing children that they care for and love.
<br /><br />
Some time ago in the USA, the decision was firmed up by the big powers of wealth that control America, to make the legal system the tool of control and fear of the American people. This began its current phase approximately in the 1970s, when the USA restored the death penalty after not using it for nearly 10 years, like other advanced nations. It was also about this time that the general fear of 'lawsuits' began to be fostered, making 'getting sued and bankrupted' a general fear for nearly every small business and middle-class individual on USA territory. And whereas before that time, the USA had very low percentages of its people in jail, more in line with Western Europe, the jailing of USA common people, especially minority young males, was ramped up heavily, until the USA became the biggest jailing nation in the world.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">Since then, the system of increasing legal terrorism has worked very well for the oligarchy. It is an implicit deal of quiet understanding. You don't need to believe in a conspiracy, or any central control, to realise that slowly over time, a natural convergence of interest has come about, between the judges and lawyers on the one hand, and the corporations and wealthiest people on the other.
<br /><br />
The deal goes something like this. The big corporations said, "Look here, judges, we will give you nearly total control over life in America. You will be supreme, in charge, you will get to bend and twist the law around any way you want. You will get to bend and twist the Constitution or any laws passed by the legislature, and the facts of any particular case, to suit your whims and preferences. You judges and lawyers can get filthy rich from all sorts of lawsuits and from bribery. You judges will even get to totally control America's lawyers, who will even be afraid to file papers or say things in court, without advance approval from you judges. You will be able to get instant revenge on lawyers who dare to question you, or who don't play along with your bribery games."
<br /><br />
The corporations continued: "Everyone will be afraid of you judges, and no one will be able to question you and your lawyer friends, even when you commit crimes of fraud and extortion and bribery in broad daylight, and conduct fake trials. Even the legislators, whom we corporations also control through the money we give them to win elections, will not dare to impeach you. Everyone will spout little schoolbook phrases about 'the rule of law' and 'respecting the judgement of the court'. The big media organisations, whom we corporations also own and control, will be afraid to print news stories that expose the real workings of the law or the courts. You judges, and many of the lawyers who play the game with you, will be very rich, and very powerful. You will be the ultimate high agents of the American empire."
<br /><br />
The corporations went on: "All you need to do is make sure that the American people stay under your thumb, and that you judges serve the big corporations and rich people on the really important big issues. You can sometimes let people win some lawsuits, especially some of those personal-injury cases that create such good legal fees and opportunities for bribery. The American people can look at the courts as a kind of casino, where they might win a million dollars, even though most people will really lose money and get destroyed. You judges will be in charge of this whole game. But on the really big issues, you judges will take sides with the big companies, or with the government and politicians, who also work for the big companies and multi-millionaire investors."
<br /><br />
The corporations continued: "You judges will do everything you can to see that democracy is kept limited and under control. You will see that the courts make the big decisions, not the people, and not the legislators who can be influenced by people visiting their offices. You will see that the highest power remains in the hands of federal judges, who cannot even be fired or transferred out of a job. In general, you judges will work to see that the common people are afraid and terrified of the legal system. You will use your powers to keep people in check, and hinder political parties or political movements that are not owned by the big companies. Sometimes you will see that critics are shut up and jailed."
<br /><br />
The corporations continued: "You will send millions of people to prison, and some thousands of people to death, you judges will be in charge of the biggest gulag prison system in the entire world. You will be in charge of the jail and the terror of the American people. You will destroy the lives of so many little people, making them broke and separating them from their families and making them worry about money and going to jail and losing their children, so they will not be able to organise themselves and fight the big companies. You will encourage fear and hatred, you will help make the middle class to be afraid of the poor, you will help stir up fear between different races and religious groups."</font></p><p><font size="3">The corporations also noted: "And you judges don't worry about any honest judges arising amongst you, judges who may decide they don't want to co-operate with bribery and serving corporations. All complaints against judges will be kept on file. 99% per cent of them will be ignored - Just like the USA Supreme Court refuses to hear arguments in 99% of the appeals filed there. But if any judge starts to be independent, well you and our legislator friends can blackmail the judges with some of those old complaints in the files. And ultimately too, we can use some death squads against judges, just like we can use them against journalists, congress people, or senators, even presidents. After a judge rules against the government or oligarchy, we can shoot them dead on the street [Federal Judge John Roll shot dead on an Arizona street in 2011]. Even a Supreme Court Justice can suddenly turn up dead [Antonin Scalia found dead with a pillow over his face in 2016, no autopsy was ordered]."<br /><br />
The corporations concluded: "The American people will be deceived and manipulated and fearful and helpless to fight you. You judges, and we corporations, we will maintain power together, and we will be rich together. You judges will be the most powerful people in the most powerful country in the world. And we corporations will gladly pay you well for it. Together we will inhibit and limit democracy, we will stop whatever laws and lawsuits and political movements, that will threaten to limit the profits and power of the corporations, or which try to limit the power games of you judges and lawyers. We will rule America together, because it is the only way to rule America to our maximum benefit. We will laugh and call it 'democracy' and the 'rule of law', even whilst American people live in fear, and become powerless and have their rights taken away. The rule of law will become the rule of lawyers, under the judges who exercise supreme power for the big corporations."
<br /><br />
Perhaps no conversation exactly like this took place - But it is a fairly good statement of the quiet understanding that exists, between America's corporate powers and wealthy investors, on the other hand, and the judges and lawyers who control America's legal system.
<br /><br />
If the legal system did not control, manipulate, and divide the USA people, there would be more popular democracy, more political parties, less abuse of the average person, and smaller profits for the richest people and big corporations, if Americans could win back their rights that they have lost.

I couldn't get help from my political representative, about my battle with a crooked judge or crooked lawyer - Why won't the politicians help me?<p><font size="3">Next to the initial shock of suddenly seeing the crooked nature of USA judges and courts, another shock for the typical US legal system victim, is finding out that the politicians of both major parties, have no interest in helping you or in confronting the injustice.
<br /><br />
Often you hear a victim of legal corruption say, "I've been a Republican / Democrat all my life, but when I asked for help about how I was victimised by a judge and lawyers, all I got was the run-around. They slammed the door in my face. My legislator just told me, 'We don't interfere with the courts, that's a different branch of government. You can appeal if you think you've been wronged.' I told them about all the crimes I saw committed, but they didn't care. They just abandoned me, even though I voted for those people for years."
<br /><br />
It's the same story over and over again, as legal victims' groups have documented. If you have some problem with an executive branch government agency, not getting some permit you need or some issue like that, your legislator might help you. But raise an issue about crooked lawyers and judges, then Whoa! You find that your legislators and their staff look at you as if you are some criminal, who has just tried to ask for help in getting away with armed robbery. They don't want to talk to you, they don't want to hear about your problems, and they almost certainly won't do anything about it.
<br /><br />
The political party that you imagined was on your side, all those years you voted for them, now suddenly has no time for you. You will find that both political parties are generally the same, although there have been a few politicians who said a few things for a few victims. .
<br /><br />
Even if you have a strong political angle in the case, they usually won't help you. If a Republican judge has committed a felony crime against you, don't expect the Democrats to help. If a law firm of Democrat lawyers has robbed you, don't expect the Republicans to help.
<br /><br />
You are confronting something very deep and dark about American life here. Your legislators will not help you about legal corruption and wrong-doing, for more than the reason that the legislator and leading staff members may well all be lawyers too. Of course that is a factor. In the USA in various states, sometimes even the majority of legislators are lawyers, the same kind of politically-hungry lawyers who become judges. They start their careers playing the familiar dirty games with judges and other lawyers, and they do not want to start opposing that dirty game just because they won an election as the supposed 'people's representative.
<br /><br />
The legislator knows it is very dangerous to talk about crime and wrongdoing by lawyers and judges. Legislators who start talking like that, are quickly attacked by the legal profession, by the judges and by their fellow legislators. If they don't shut up quickly, their political careers, and maybe their private lives, will be sabotaged. They might find themselves suddenly themselves facing trumped-up 'corruption charges' or 'public scandal', and there will be lots of snickering as to how they only complained about judges and lawyers because they were crooks themselves.</font></p><p><font size="3">A leading black Congressman on the US Congress House Judiciary Committee, suddenly had his wife jailed right at the time it was side he was about to expose the crimes of US courts against black people and other minorities. There are many ways to give politicians </font><font size="3"><font size="3">a
warning to keep their mouths shut. And ultimately there is quite a substantial list of US Congress people, Senators, judges and other officials, who wind up mysteriously and suddenly dead 'by accident'.</font></font></p><p><font size="3">
And besides the threats, legislators are loyal to the people who pay their bills - the richest people and the biggest corporations. The money from these rich people and their political vehicles, is often necessary to get elected. Nearly all US legislators belong to the two major political parties, and they have benefited financially and in many other ways from these parties and related political-action groups, which are mostly funded in turn by rich people and big corporations seeking political influence and control.
<br /><br />
The big money flowing into the two major USA political parties, does not want to see legislators rocking the boat, going on a crusade against crooked lawyers and judges, when the American courts are exactly the main tool that is being used to keep the whole American 'system' the way it is, the way that is most profitable for the big companies. If there are changes in the society directed by the courts, those changes are nearly always what is wanted or programmed by the billionaires and big corporations and big political donors. A legislator who makes trouble against the oligarch wave, has a very difficult road ahead, and will usually not be allowed to stay in politics very long - and in fact will be lucky not to get jailed or killed before it is all over.

So the current state of legal corruption, is really supported by both political parties, the Democrats and the Republicans together?<p><font size="3">Yes, sadly this is overall true, though there are some variances, and some USA politicians who 'break the mould' and are a bit different, able to speak some of the radical truths their colleagues never said.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">It used to be harder for USA people to accept and digest this, given how it was common for many people to imagine that one of these two parties really 'represented' them or their views.
<br /><br />
American legal corruption has become so entrenched, because there have been a lot of political fakery and illusions helping to hold it up.
<br /><br />
As you look for help for your situation in being a victim of America's crooked legal system, you run smack into another ugly truth about American life. Not only does America have a basically fake legal system, pretending to be fair while really working for big corporations; America also has long had a basically fake political system - two big 'political parties' that pretend to be different, but they are really 'two wings on the same airplane', despite their ability to excite public emotions based on the different 'sales image' each party has developed.
<br /><br />
This is already known, subconsciously, by a large segment of the American people. It's why so few people vote in America, why sometimes even the majority of people don't vote. Many people feel, down deep, that the two big parties are really the same, and that little changes regardless of which party is in the White House or Congress.</font></p><p><font size="3">And regarding the other, smaller, third parties, or independent candidates, it seems that they rarely have any realistic chance or hope of winning, as corporate media hides the existence of these parties, and even obscures after elections, how many votes the various small parties and independent candidates receive. Corporate</font><font size="3"><font size="3"> media tries to do very little news reporting about this, because otherwise people might vote for the alternatives and one of them might even win.
</font></font></p><p><font size="3">Plus for some decades now, US citizens have had much basis to suspect vote fraud in various places and ways, ranging from mis-counted or destroyed paper ballots to hacked voting machines.</font></p><p><font size="3">So many people feel better not voting at all. Not voting is a way to deny the legitimacy of elected politicians, whom people sense do not care about common folks.
<br /><br /> Differences between the two parties, have often largely been smoke and illusion. Both parties really agree on most all issues that are important to the rich people and big corporations. That's why you often see certain pieces of legislation get passed on near-unanimous votes, if it affects big corporations and wealthy investors. This particularly applies to the military industry, the war machine, and some foreign policy matters.
<br /><br />
On the other hand, there is a certain game being played, a game of illusion about certain issues which excite a lot of emotion with some voters, but where the big corporations either don't really care, or in which the results are pre-managed despite the heated debate. A typical issue in this line is firearms, the set of alternatives ranging from gun restrictions to increasing the rights to carry concealed weapons.
<br /><br />
Such issues inflame the passions of millions of people, and make them vote passionately for either Republicans or Democrats. Such issues help people to imagine that one of the two big parties 'represents' them. But such issues are in part smoke and mirrors, designed to deflect and detour the average person's mind, from the bread-and-butter issues, and the issues of government surveillance and control and budget, that are important to the profits of the big corporations.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">Another thing that happens is that - in what seems to be a betrayal of the original US Constitution - politicians let the courts be the deciding branch of government. Politicians often like being able to throw up their hands and say, 'Well, the courts decided, and we can't do anything about it just yet . . .' Since leading politicians claim they are helpless before the courts, of course the average person feels even more helpless. The US Congress does not like to be reminded that in fact they have unlimited power to toss out federal or Supreme Court judges who have been twisting around or ignoring the Constitution, inventing law from the judicial bench.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">For decades, the same powers keep running America: The big corporations, using judges and legislators, get what they want. And not much is said by most politicians about the dominance of big companies and wealthy political donors, and the crimes of judges and lawyers, but most especially the latter is a forbidden topic.</font></p><p><font size="3">Although there are ways the two major political parties are somewhat different, in that they are vehicles for disagreements in strategy amongst the billionaires. Much like your high school sports teams would have a rivalry with the high school on the other side of town, the two political parties serve as forums for different kinds of thinking and social experiments that rich people are running. Different policies can be tried in different states, and the oligarchs can see what works out. The two parties also let the rich people have a little variety in what lies are told to the common people via the media, and which lies seem to be more effective. Oligarchs can learn over time, what kind of political manipulations work better.<br /><br />But overall, though the two parties cultivate images that are different, basic policies over decades are yet more similar than the images suggest. To a degree, both parties try to be somewhat like blank computer screens for their voters, so that people can imagine whatever they like on the screen. For a century now if not longer, many people have judged that the two parties 'are both playing the same crooked game', but don't know what to do about it.</font></p><p><font size="3">Every political season in the USA, sees the start or promotion of little third parties, many of them with good ideas, but these parties hardly get off the ground. Such parties typically don't get money from the big corporations, they don't get media coverage, and they get attacked by the big parties with all sorts of legal challenges, so they have to spend whatever little money they have in the courts, fighting lawsuits just so they can get on the ballot. And the voters are regularly reminded that voting for anyone except the two big parties is a 'wasted' vote. So voters, just like many victims of the USA courts, are made to feel helpless and hopeless, unless they imagine that one of the two big political parties 'represents' them.
<br /><br />
It is very different in Europe, for example, where there are often many distinctive political parties, and because of proportional voting in most European countries, even a small political party can get seats in a parliament, and become a part of government or at least parliamentary debates. But that's not allowed in the USA, where the two big parties control everything, and third parties or candidates will not get represented even if they get huge percentages of the vote.
<br /><br />
And then there is the problem of trying to work 'within' the two big parties. For millions of Americans who try to get involved in politics, they may spend their entire lives trying to make either the Republicans or the Democrats a little different, trying to influence the policies of the big party a little bit on some issue. But much of this energy is sadly ineffective. In the end, most legislators of the two big parties vote in the way that the lobbyists for the big corporations tell them to vote.
<br /><br />
People in America cling desperately to one of the two big parties, despite the evidence, because otherwise they may feel really hopeless and depressed. It is a comfort to imagine that one of the political parties really does care about you. But when you become a victim of judicial or legal corruption, you will find out how much the big parties really don't care, about corruption, about injustice, or about you.
<br /><br />
Despite some national politcians breaking through the barriers, the USA has long been a country with only one political party, but a party that has two factions or branches, the Democratic branch and the Republican branch. As populist Huey Long said nearly a century ago, it is like being in a restaurant with only one kitchen, but two different troupes of waiters to serve you. The big corporations pay for both political parties, to keep the show and the illusion going. But the two parties mostly represent the same big corporations and the same policies.
<br /><br />
At times there are opinion polls in America showing that people are 30 or 50 per cent or even 70 per cent in favour of something, but yet that policy has 'no support' in either the Democratic or Republic party in Congress. It is all too obvious at times, that the two mainstream US parties are at odds with the American people.
<br /><br />
And the subject of judicial and legal corruption, with millions of victims, is one of those issues where the two big parties basically won't do anything.
<br /><br />
That's why you usually hit the brick wall when you go to your politicians with clear-cut evidence and total proof of felony crimes that have been committed, by some lawyer or judge. Usually, the politicians won't touch it, they won't help you. They just refer you right back to lawyers and judges.
<br /><br />
But, you tell the politicians, you already went to the lawyers and judges, and the judges are ignoring you and no lawyer will help you.
<br /><br />
Too bad, say the politicians, they never 'interfere with the courts'. And then they might play the dishonest game of saying that, because no lawyer is brave enough to help you, it must be because you don't deserve to get help. So the politicians become one more group signalling to you that you are alone and abandoned. Politicians and their staffs get a lot of practice in ignoring legal system victims, and that is why they can seem outright bored as they ignore you, just like they ignore the many other victims who approached them before.
<br /><br />
There's no effective opposition to the judges in America, because there's no effective grass-roots political opposition for the common people against the system. The two supposed 'political parties' are really factions of one party, a party that belongs to big corporations and the wealthiest investors, who are the powers behind the judges and lawyers who are serving those rich people, but abusing you.
<br /><br />
In any country with only one political party, the judges end up being a tool for servicing that one party, and maintaining its power over the people. And that can be said to be what has gone wrong in the USA. The USA needs more than reform of its judges and legal system. The USA republic needs more political democracy, so that there is real political opposition, not just the fake 'battle' between two parties that get their money from an inter-linked mafia of oligarchs, and which basically have the same policies in terms of serving those oligarchs.

Is the problem of judicial and legal corruption, the same as the problem of "political activist judges", or is that a different issue?<p><font size="3">These problems are related, but different. The problem of judicial and legal corruption, is a much wider and deeper problem, and the issueof 'political activist judges" is only one aspect of that.
<br /><br />
Regrettably, political discussion about the smaller problem of 'political activist judges' is often used to confuse and distract from the debate about needed judicial reform and the judges' brutality toward legal system victims who don't have political connections.
<br /><br />
In the USA, it is common to have great worry and fuss when a judge is being selected for the USA Supreme Court. People talk about it as if some co-monarch is being selected, and that there should be great fear about what will happen if the wrong person gets the job. Even the people who favour a particular candidate as either 'liberal' or 'conservative' or whatever, still worry about the Supreme Court Justice they support for the moment, given that he might be in the job for another 35 years, and might later change his views in some screwy direction.
<br /><br />
The power of the judges in America, however, really shows the weakness of American democracy. Why is a Supreme Court judge, a type of 'king or queen for life', with unlimited powers to make political policy, and it appears no one can over-rule these judges or remove them?</font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">As noted earlier in this FAQ, it is not well-known, but the USA Constitution actually makes the US Congress Supreme over all judges, even the Supreme Court. The Constitution says that if such judges do not have "good behaviour", if they ever stop acting in a judicially wise manner, they can be removed, via impeachment by the Congress House and trial by the USA Senate, ordering their removal. The US Constitution makes the Congress the highest power, with unlimited rights of removing judges, even on the USA Supreme Court.<br /><br />However, that power is almost never used, despite how the Chairman of the US Congress House Judiciary Committee - who would initiate impeachment proceedings against judges - should be much more powerful and significant than he is. And it seems that sometimes the members of that House Judiciary Committee are threatened, and even have family members attacked and jailed, if they are thinking of saying or doing anything against the oligarch power of gangster US judges.<br /><br />
The power of judges in America, is quite ridiculous from the point of view of democracies in Europe, where people decide policies in a parliament they have recently elected. In Europe, there is no particular worry about choosing judges. In Europe judges might secretly be communists or capitalists or anything in between, but people don't worry that the country will be destroyed if a judge is picked who has the wrong political position.
<br /><br />
In Europe in past decades, the judges tended to stay out of politics - they would explicitly leave the political questions to the elective government, as their job is to just apply the law and ensure justice in how the law is applied. In Europe, countries tend to have multiple political parties across the spectrum, who will speak out if the judges get political. There was thus less political fear of unelected judges-for-life, who are usually not allowed to make political policy for the people.</font></p><p><font size="3">That has been changing recently in Europe, however, as the whole world falls under the Hollywood movie image and USA ideals of judges being in charge of everything. In Europe as well now, there is an increased tendency for judges to start 'making law' via judicial
orders, allegedly to protect 'human rights' but at times doing things that Europeans feel violate human rights.<br /><br />When Americans complain about 'political judges', it's funny to observe that the voters who still think they are Democrats or Republicans, each look at the judges as biased the other way. The Democrats see America's judges as 'too right wing, too conservative'; the Republicans see America's judges as 'too left wing, too liberal'. But both sides are actually right, and also wrong at the same time. The judges are just plain arrogant, and are constantly twisting the laws in a way to increase their own unlimited power as judges, but above all to serve the oligarchs who seek to control America under 'colour of law'.</font></p><p><font size="3">There are some instances where American politicians do speak a little bit, and respond to public feelings of anger and unease about judges. However, this is almost never about the really big issues of outright fraud, corruption, bribery, extortion, and sheer sadistic psychopathic malice by the judicial branch. The complaints that you do sometimes see by politicians, are about the more narrow problem of judges who are openly bending their decisions on one of the emotional issues usually associated with one political party versus the other. USA judges are said to be 'too loose' or 'too restrictive' of gun rights and so on.<br /><br />
The problem of political judges, versus judicial corruption, has the same basis - arrogant judges out of control, ignoring the law and doing what they want - but the politicians stick to a very narrow script about a few controversial decisions, and they ignore the more general problem of bribery and court fraud, innocent people getting railroaded, and families getting destroyed.
<br /><br />
There has long been a great problem in America, even going back more than a century, of judges who end up twisting the law and re-interpreting the law in some way to meet a preconceived political objective. In such cases the judge often goes to the extent of ignoring the Constitution or the laws as clearly written, and just making up his own rules or laws, using the terrifying power that American judges possess over the people appearing in their courtrooms.
<br /><br />
If other judges do not move quickly to overturn or overrule such bad rulings, a lot of damage can be done. And judges are nearly always inclined to cover up for each other, especially if the victim is not wealthy or powerful.
<br /><br />
But this is only one aspect of the far bigger problem, that the 'law' in America has become almost infinitely flexible, a devious tool in the hands of judges and lawyers. Nowadays, lawyers do not see the law or the Constitution as what is clearly written and understood by most people; the law is whatever the judges say it is.<br /><br />
And if the judges get together to say the Constitution means something else, then the original Constitution is effectively dead, if the judges won't honour it, and when lawyers won't even fight for it, because the lawyers are too afraid of contradicting the judges.
<br /><br />
The process of bending and twisting the law for political purposes has been advancing over the last century. It has been accelerating extremely rapidly since the 1960s and 1970s, with the rapid expansion of lawsuits, prisons, and the power of lawyers and judges in America. Nowadays, lawyers just laugh at the 'stupid Americans' who still read the old Constitution, or some written law, and expect to be protected by those laws or provisions. To an American lawyer, now, what is 'legal' or not, just depends on whatever crazy thing judges say is 'legal'. This is even taught in law schools, as the doctrine of 'legal realism' - the 'law' is whatever the heck judges say it is. And if the judges are bribed, or psychopaths, or blackmailed into serving the oligarchy, well, that is the 'law'.</font></p><p><font size="3">What is written in the law, are just some words that a US judge will use as a starting point as he plays the 'legal game' in his courtroom with his lawyer friends. The law, the facts, truth, justice itself - none of that matters, to a grinning, smirking judge abusing his power, made even more arrogant by the fact that the Appeals and Supreme Courts, and the politicians and media, are likely not going to contradict him.
<br /><br />
Very clearly, over the last several decades, judges have made all sorts of politically-oriented rulings on controversial issues that tend to be very emotional for the American people - putting children on busses to integrate schools, or abortion for example. It is very strange to watch for other countries, because in other countries, such controversial issues are usually decided by a political debate in their parliament. In America, however, such issues, over and over again, are decided in the courts, by judges elected by nobody.
<br /><br />Some of these cases are in that very narrow realm of issues that politicians use as emotional footballs - abortion, gay marriage, school prayer, displaying passages from the Bible, things like that. Yes politicians do talk about judges, and accuse them of twisting the law one way or the other, about such issues. This does help to distract many people into believing that one or the other political parties cares about 'dishonest' judges, because they talk about a few judicial decisions on these high-heat emotional concerns.
<br /><br />
But what politicians, of any party, still avoid discussing, is the general problem of the wide corruption in American courts - the total violation and denial of rights to the average person; the railroading of innocent people, and especially minorities, into jail; the destruction of families and the lives of children; and courts that continually favour rich people and big corporations over common citizens.
<br /><br />
About such real issues, all of a sudden the politicians become very submissive to the fake saintly image of judges, as if they are talking about gods and goddesses in heaven. They mumble about 'respect for the courts', and 'not interfering with the great American legal system', whilst denying the appeals for help of people desperately seeking justice against their oppressors.

Dr Les Sachshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06346498668611814928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15039893.post-1122997097874229182005-08-02T17:42:00.000+02:002020-09-01T14:33:53.943+02:0019. There are so many organizations out there - isn't there an organization that will help me fight wrongdoing by a judge or lawyers?<p><font size="3">You can sometimes find on the internet, a number of American organisations, or websites suggesting such an organisation or group, supposedly dealing with lawyers and judges, and the topic of reforming the legal system, or civil liberties and human rights and injustice and so on.</font></p><p><font size="3">Yet these organisations and websites - especially some of the most famous ones - will mostly all ignore you and say nothing to you individually, when you are a specific victim of judicial or legal corruption. This is true of the whole range of well-funded advocacy groups, non-profit study groups, and various civil rights, civil liberties, and human rights organisations. They may put you on their e-mailing list after you write to them, but that is often the most you get in response.<br /><br />
Such groups tell you or say they try to 'work within the system', which is code language for telling you that they almost never get involved in complaining about crooked lawyers and judges. These organisations are not out to rock the boat of America's judicial nightmare, even though they may be engaged in other political-type legal cases.
<br /><br />
If such organisations have any money, resources, or lawyers on their staff, they will very likely totally ignore you.
<br /><br />
But if the organisation has no money, has nothing much more than a website, and no lawyers or legal help, you may find a sympathetic ear to receive your e-mails, but perhaps little else.
You may typically then be put on a mailing list getting various items of 'news' about legal reform efforts, but nothing is done for you personally.<br /><br />
Like many other victims, you may find that the same civil rights or civil liberties organisation, to whom you were donating money all these years, now dumps you on the street like a load of rubbish when you ask them to help, in an actual case of judicial or legal corruption.
<br /><br />
It is all a tragedy, indeed.
<br /><br />
This may be quite a surprise to you, as you sift through the websites, many of which claim that they are advocates for civil liberties, human rights, more honest judges, a more open judicial process and so on.
<br /><br />
Some of them have very nice websites, put up at great expense. You can read about their paid staff members with their executive director, and all the important people on their board of directors - which is almost a sure sign that the organisation will not help you.
<br /><br />
If you dig into those websites, though, you will usually not find any great heroic stories, of how the group helped some poor victim of legal corruption, who had been railroaded by a dishonest judge or lawyer.
<br /><br />
If you call them up, you will find that such brave fighting is not their 'mission'. If such groups have money, that usually means that these groups are part of the general game of politics that serves either the Democratic or Republican parties, or both. Or sometimes the group is actually a group working for the very lawyers and judges who are running the current system as it stands right now.</font></p><p><font size="3">Some of the most famous US 'civil liberties' organisations, are actually a giant fraud against the American people, in place to serve oligarch agendas, to present a false image of 'organisations fighting for civil liberties', to discredit and undermine victims who are not helped by this supposedly 'great organisation', and even to help Deep State intelligence agencies on various kinds of deception and fraud projects.</font></p><p><font size="3">One of the biggest tools used by billionaires and governments to deceive and control citizens, is the deceptive and evil 'non-profit organisation', using the cover of 'civil society' to conduct an ongoing war against truth and against common people.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">As you first see on websites of organisations you contact, and then via e-mails you get, the organisation will often be asking you to donate to them ... which feels quite unpleasant, when you yourself are a legal system victim who likely needs money, after being robbed by lawyers and judges, or in order to seek the better legal help that you were not able to obtain.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">The groups on the web are sometimes passionately involved in a few partisan legal cases, where Republican politicians are going after Democrats, or vice-versa. Sometimes they are involved with one of those public emotional issues - like school prayer or family values or so on - in the framework of one political party or another. Occasionally, they do help some private individual, who is lucky enough to have his or her problem fit exactly into their political agenda, but that is more rare than you would guess before you become a legal system victim.<br /><br />
And such cases are almost never about the usual bribery, fraud, corruption, and brutality, of America's day-to-day lawyers and judges. There is no well-funded organisation out there with a legal staff or lawyer volunteers, helping the simple average American who is being robbed, violated and railroaded by crooked lawyers and judges.
<br /><br />
Any well-funded organisations, and their lawyers, tend to chase after cases that are already in the media, or obviously suited to the political game of the two main parties.
<br /><br />Such well-funded organisations, of course tend to get their money from big corporations and rich political donors, precisely because they serve the interests of those corporations and those rich people. </font></p><p><font size="3">One of the many ways that political life in America is managed, is by the smoke and mirrors of so-called non-profit think tanks and political advocacy groups. For example, big corporations pay for 'environmental study' groups that help the big corporations to damage the environment and get away with it, as the 'independent study' group, with PhDs on staff, can feeds false 'expert' information to the media, in a big game of deceiving the members of the public.
<br /><br />
The 'legal and justice' organisations you find on the internet, are sometimes no different. First of all, they are organisations trying to keep their own money flowing, and the biggest source of money is from rich people and big corporations.
<br /><br />
Some organisations do actually perform some good work for human rights or civil rights, but they are very timid or limited in what they do. So many hundreds of thousands of people need help, they say 'No' to most people anyway.
<br /><br />
And such organisations are afraid of exposing crooked lawyers and judges. They have the same problem you do: The judges and lawyers will destroy them if they speak out too much. If they criticise judges and lawyers, they face lawsuits and false criminal charges, just like you do.</font></p><p><font size="3">The judges can see to it that the organisation's lawyers lose the right to practice law, and that the organisation gets destroyed with a few big lawsuits. And they will lose their corporate or rich donor funding if they have any, and all those paid employees at the organisation will be out of work, or worse. If the organisation exposes corrupt judges, any rich donors to the organisation can be targeted as well with legal harassment.</font></p><p><font size="3">Internet search engines and social media are themselves motivated to particpate in USA judge bribery. If the internet portal allows or highlights much talk about legal corruption, they might no longer easily win or have dismissed 99% of the lawsuits filed against them, as is happening if these internet portals are co-operative.<br /><br />
When you are a victim of a crooked judge or lawyer, that often means your civil rights have been violated, either by what originally happened, or the subsequent cover up. However, that is exactly the kind of violation of your civil rights and civil liberties, that the various organisations are afraid to touch, even if they claim to be national 'civil rights and civil liberties' organisations.
<br /><br /> 'Our resources are limited, we can't take every case, it's not the kind of case we handle', they will tell you. Plus, </font><font size="3"><font size="3">'We have to work within the system', and so on.</font> Eventually you get used to the pattern of routine responses, or just being outright ignored.
<br /><br />
Most victims sadly find that, for their own case, there is no one out there, with money or resources or lawyers, who is willing to help fight legal or judicial corruption in America.

Dr Les Sachshttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06346498668611814928noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15039893.post-1122997052077844842005-08-02T17:41:00.000+02:002020-09-01T15:31:21.063+02:0020. I've got great evidence, and an important story, of judicial or legal corruption. How do I get the news media to cover my case?<p><font size="3">This role of the American news media, and how they are silent on legal and judicial corruption, is another big shocker, maybe the biggest, for the victims of injustice.
This is especially apparent when you approach the various people and websites that have been promoted as doing 'brave investigative reporting'.<br /><br />
When you are a new victim of legal injustice in America, you tend to start out thinking that the horrors that happened to you, can wind up on the front pages of the newspaper, or in the headlines on at least the local TV news broadcasts. You think you have a great and important and news story - and you may be right. You think that the public will be interested in what happened to you - and you may be right. You think your story is very unique - but you are probably wrong about that.
<br /><br />
As a victim of injustice by lawyers or judges, you may think your story is unique, because you haven't heard about similar stories on the news, or read about similar stories in the newspapers. But that is only because the big media in America - the newspapers and television news shows, and the major internet news sites that you read - almost never publish such stories.
<br /><br />
The reality is that the so-called 'reporters' at media outlets, are actually bombarded every day with endless horror stories of things happening to innocent people, especially in the legal system. Typically, reporters don't pursue such stories, because they know they won't be allowed to publish such stories in the newspapers, or talk about them on television.
<br /><br />
Whilst millions of Americans have already been victims of the legal system, millions more have not yet had the bad luck to bump into it. And because news media refuse to report stories of legal and judicial corruption, the millions who haven't been in court, have an imaginary fairy-tale view of American justice, the image created by television and Hollywood movies, and the propaganda about USA courts learned in school in childhood.
<br /><br />
So when you become a victim of injustice, you are tempted to call the newspapers and TV stations, and you imagine you might be on nationwide television. And, in fact, if they had the courage to do a story on you, it might be an interesting one for nationwide TV.
<br /><br />
But they don't want to tell your story. You just take a number, behind the many thousands of other people, who wish the media was talking about their story, too.
<br /><br />
The American media does not want to talk about particular cases of legal corruption, and does not want to talk about attempts by citizens to reform the legal system. Their coverage of such cases is almost always limited to cases where some government official or politician is taking some action or saying something, or where there is a rich-person, oligarch agenda to alter society, by highlighting the particular case or class of victim. As a general rule, the media avoids news and stories about judicial and legal corruption, which are supplied by citizens themselves.<br /><br />
The media is afraid of confronting legal corruption, for the same reason lawyers and everyone else are afraid. If a newspaper starts publishing material on the corruption of lawyers and judges, that newspaper would quickly become a target of revenge by the legal system. Possibly a direct target, but more often an indirect target.
<br /><br />
All of a sudden, court cases in which that media organisation was involved, would not go very well. People would show up and sue the newspaper or website for millions of dollars - in seemingly unrelated cases - and might suddenly win, maybe even destroying and wiping out the newspaper. People at the newspaper or internet site, might suddenly find themselves arrested and criminally charged, for something that seems unrelated. Lawyers would be unwilling to defend the newspaper or website, or else only defend it badly, giving a victory to the other side.</font></p><p><font size="3">It might take a while for the revenge to take place, but eventually the newspaper or website might be totally destroyed by the legal machine, unless it learned its lesson of being submissive to lawyers and judges.
<br /><br />
The USA legal system has certainly been terrifically savage and brutal to individual writers and journalists, who have dared to raise questions about legal and judicial misconduct, such as the author of this blog, forced to become an exile under threats of assassination by criminal gangs supported by US federal judges.
<br /><br />
Media ground rules in America, are such that the media is incentivised and blackmailed to present the view of reality that is painted by a judge in his orders and decrees. Even if the judge is a perverted criminal lunatic liar, his 'verdict' is how the media can smear someone, unless there is some higher judge who has over-ruled the first judge. The response of a private person, to slanders by a judge or a false court verdict, is heavily discounted by the media, and often not published at all. With their orders to internet search engines to block and hide the truth, and prevent victims from responding to lies, USA judges can seem to control everything in American life, with their words a kind of 'legal' propaganda, and the victims of that propaganda, maybe banned from replying by a bribe-taking judge.
<br /><br />
But there is more to the story of the media, than just typical fear of lawyers and judges. Similar to how corporations and rich investors fund and 'own' both major US political parties, the same corporations and investors own and control most omajor media in America. Just as there might be almost no real political opposition betweeen 'tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum' candidates, there is often no real media opposition, either, given how all media are under the same threats from USA courthouses.
<br /><br />
No, the US government does not 'own' the media, although USA intelligence agencies have long participated heavily in media companies and on internet sites, especially the widely known, anonymous, internet 'encyclopaedias' which are essentially frauds run by the government.</font></p><p><font size="3">Rather than government-owned media as are dominant in some countries, in the USA it is more the other way around, and more complex: It is big corporations and rich investors, who own most all the major media, as well as 'owning' the political parties and machinery of US government. The bottom line is still the same. No effective political opposition in America, because there are no powerful opposition parties, and no powerful opposition media.
<br /><br />
As they say, freedom of the press belongs to the people who own the press. And the 'press', in the United States of America, is owned by the same big corporations and rich investors, who dominate all three 'branches' of government, and are thus backing the culture of judicial dominance and corruption. </font></p><p><font size="3">Open-source research makes clear, how the top media conglomerates in America, are actually controlled by a very small group of less than 120 people who collectively are the majority of directors of those media corporations. These people are, in many cases, also on the boards of many other big companies, the 120 media directors also on the boards of over 280 of the USA's richest corporations.<br /><br />
So the biggest American corporations and investors, are also controlling America's media that you see and hear and read, just 120 very rich people at the controls of a dominant chunk of all that you see and read as 'news'. These people don't have to be part of an ultra-secret conspiracy, or some secret society. As rich people who have a common interest - profit and money and control - these rich people will tend to think alike and act like. Control the media, control democracy and politics, control the profit.
<br /><br />
These corporations and rich people like the system the way it is. Otherwise they could make it different. If they didn't like America's crooked judges and lawyers, the media owners could launch a big crusade for more democracy, power to the people, more political parties, and prosecution of dishonest judges and lawyers.
<br /><br />
But they're not interested in any of that stuff. You look at the major media outlets, on TV or in the newspapers, and you don't hear much about legal corruption, or the need for reforming the judges and the legal system. You're confronted with info-tainment, a few sensational stories that avoid telling the real news about corruption, aside from some cases that are politically-charged, or some wrong-doers went rogue and failed to bribe or support the right top people.</font></p><p><font size="3">Media generally avoids telling how the old USA is rotting away. Aside from celebrity and fluff pieces, what is generally allowed to appear as 'news', is mostly sourced in either the government itself, or in the wishes of wealthy people to present you with a certain 'angle' on things.
<br /><br />
If you analyse what's in a news article, you will find in many cases that nearly all of what's in the article, has its origins in actions or statements by the government or an official. The President said this, the government spokesman said this, an unnamed official said this, the town councilman said this, someone leaked this from the government, the police did this, the courts are doing that. What comprises the 'news' is often almost all government from A to Z, and then the media adds a little bit about what dress some celebrity was wearing. Even with celebrities, the news is often government-oriented - the celebrity was in divorce court, was caught buying drugs, etc..
<br /><br />
There isn't really much that's allowed to be 'news' in the USA unless the government, or some wealthy faction with influence in the government, starts it first. On legal and judicial corruption, the media usually don't pursue the story, unless the lawyer or judge is actually being officially prosecuted or investigated by an official government agency, or is being sued in a lawsuit by a law firm that is politically-connected enough to win media attention.
<br /><br />
The media doesn't want to hear about how your rights were being violated, or how much crystal clear evidence you have that the lawyers or a judge committed a crime. They want to know: Is someone in the GOVERNMENT, someone OFFICIAL or connected to WEALTHY PEOPLE, doing something about your evidence? The bar, the police, the prosecutors, the judges, a well-funded organisation or politician speaking out on your behalf? If not, the media usually doesn't want to print your story.
<br /><br />
As a victim of legal or judicial corruption, you find the media is another brick wall to face in your struggle.
<br /><br />
It's not a question of your writing a good press release, or getting your facts well-presented, or having good evidence. You could have the greatest story in the world, with the most well-written press release, but the media will ignore you, if you are trying to expose USA judicial and legal corruption.
<br /><br />
Even worse, in some cases, the big media companies are actually helping lawyers and judges to commit felony crimes. The big media companies are working with lawyers to help set up lawsuits - they plant fake 'news' stories, and even invent fake interviews, which later serve as false evidence in court cases, to help take away the rights of victims. Yes, these kind of frightening events are really happening. And once again, you may not know these facts until you seriously research things on the internet. The big media companies are hardly going to let you know, that they themselves are in cahoots with crooked USA lawyers and judges.
<br /><br />
Americans might be the most expertly manipulated and deceived people in the entire world now, as their political life is managed by the biggest propaganda operation in world history. It is wise never to trust the mainstream media from the USA; always think of what might possibly be the real truth behind the surface story. For a century now, since Freud's nephew Bernays wrote his book advising on 'Propaganda', it has been known that the best way to control a nation is to control the mass media - that's why the big corporations place such importance on their control of USA mass media.
<br /><br />
Americans still stuck believing the old two-party myth, have the same problem with interpreting news media that they have in looking at judges. Republican voters think media is 'too Democrat, too liberal, too leftist', whilst Democrats think media is "too Republican, too right-wing, too conservative". And once again, just as with the judges, both sides are in part right depending on which media you like at, but also wrong at the same time. Both parties have been supporting judicial corruption and misconduct, whilst also bickering that this or that judge is 'too liberal' or 'too conservative'.
<br /><br />
Big media companies, like the judges, are serving the oligarchy - the big corporations and rich people who own the media as well as pay for politicians. You can pick your target, you can point out some news stories that slant toward the Republican wing of the airplane, and other media that slant toward the Democrat wing. But what you can be sure of, is that nearly all news stories, fit into the mainstream framework of the ruling big-party machine.</font></p><p><font size="3">What the news stories aren't telling very well, are the stories of real grass-roots Americans, trying to fight back against big government and the big corporations, or the millions of Americans who are victimised or fighting back against one of the world's most crooked legal systems.

What about investigative reporters - won't they be interested in my story of legal or judicial corruption?<p><font size="3">This is another myth that people inherit from Hollywood movies and television, as well as government and media scamming - the stereotypical 'investigative reporter', the brave man or woman allegedly eager to fight for the truth ... but what you will find, is that a number of the famous 'investigative journalists' are fake, in fact serving governments and the rich and the powerful, with agendas of deception and distraction.</font></p><p><font size="3">The same goes for so-called famous 'whistle-blowers' and 'leak' sites, they are often government and intelligency agency actors, carrying out a devious agenda. One of those agendas is to catalog and document, and be able to silence and destroy, real whistle-blowers and people trying to fight against governments or the oligarchy. <br /></font></p><p><font size="3">The genuine kind of 'investigative reporters' basically died out a long time ago in major media terms. They were exterminated as local media sources got bought up by the big conglomerates, and as America's media became increasingly part of the big corporate machine that controls American life.</font></p><p><font size="3">There are enough investigative journalists who have wound up dead in mysterious circumstances, that the rest of media personnel have gotten the message. For example, there was Gary Webb, who exposed evidence that the US government itself was involved in flooding USA minority ghettoes with illegal drugs. Webb allegedly 'committed suicide' in 2004, shooting himself 'twice' with 'two bullets in the head' (!), if you would like to believe that 'official story'.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">Real and honest 'investigative journalists' are mostly obscure now, found an minor and semi-censored internet sites, out of the mainstream search results, and often slandered as 'conspiracy theorists' and so on, on the major websites and government-infected 'free internet encyclopaedias'.<br /><br />
So-called 'investigative reporters' in major media today in the USA, basically only start 'investigating' more details about someone, after the government initiates the process. The prosecutors tip off the reporters that they will be going after some person, and then the media will go chasing after details. But the government or its rich oligarch partners, is nearly always the original source motivating a 'big' story.
<br /><br />
What rarely happens, is where people come to a newspaper or media organisation with proof of some crime that the government isn't prosecuting, and then the newspaper runs a big story to 'expose' the wrongdoing. That happens very rarely now, and when it does, the target of the story is usually someone who has no political connections.
<br /><br />
What basically never happens at all, is where the media starts running stories about crooked lawyers or judges, just because they have proof of crimes that those people have committed. You can present totally slam-dunk evidence of crimes involving a judge, and the American media won't touch the story. That's the way it is in the USA.
<br /><br />
In modern America, 'journalists' for the big media companies are people very submissive to their bosses. They know the unspoken 'rules'. Stories that violate the rules, don't get published or broadcast. And a reporter who writes stories which don't get published or broadcast, is pretty soon out of a job.
<br /><br />
Since the ultimate bosses are the big corporations that own the media groups, the message filters down very quickly to the staff, regarding what is supposed to be 'news' and what is supposed to be ignored. The bosses don't need to put things in writing, in order for the reporters to figure out how to kiss up to the bosses and company owners and keep their jobs. </font></p><p><font size="3"><font size="3">You can find the
fingerprints all over the other corporate-media-celebrated cases of
'leakers' and 'investigations' ... if the story is all over corporate
media, chances are it is run by a government intelligence agency.</font></font></p><p><font size="3"><font size="3"><font size="3">The 1971 'Pentagon Papers'
of Daniel Ellsberg distracted from Vietnam-era war crimes, and Ellsberg
used his sudden fame to try to sell the 'official story' of the JFK
assassination.</font> <br /></font></font></p><p><font size="3">
People sometimes cite the old Watergate case, and the resignation of USA President Richard Nixon in 1974, as showing that America has a 'great legal system' in which a President was shoved out of office because of the work of some 'investigative reporters'. But even that is neither accurate, nor a good example, for several reasons.
<br /><br />
Of course this is an old story, those events now nearly a half century ago. Since then, the American legal system, and the corporate ownership of media companies, are both a lot worse than they were in the Watergate days.
<br /><br />
But even this Watergate case, was really about how other factions in the American government wanted to get rid of Nixon, for various political motives. The two reporters, Woodward and Bernstein, were themselves very well connected to other government officials, both in personal background, and in their attack against the Nixon presidency. Woodward had recently a US Navy intelligence officer, working under Admiral Maurer, who was head of the US military and its 'Joint Chiefs', during the 'Silent Coup' against Nixon. The Watergate case, like nearly all other news in America, had its origins in the powers of government itself, not the so-called 'investigative reporters'.</font></p><p><font size="3">A similar scene took place in the 1990s, when alleged 'investigative reporter' Matt Drudge, led the media barrage to 'impeach' President Bill Clinton over trivial sexual activity in the White House. Whereas it seems to many that Clinton's impeachment was connected with his hesitation to bomb Serbia and kill thousands of civilians there ... the bombing began shortly after Clinton was 'acquitted'.</font></p><p>And then 2010 began the ballyhoo over Julian Assange and Wikileaks, Julian Assange with many connections to the wealthiest people in the world and their banks. Assange supported the 'official story' on 9-11, and people who sent Assange information turned up dead. Although allegedly 'facing charges' in the USA, Assange always refused to defend himself with his files from USA legal corruption victims, which he knows would block any extradition request. It is widely doubted Assange was ever really 'living in the London Ecuador embassy' all those years.</p><p>After Assange, we had another 'leaker' connected to governments and wealthy people, Edward Snowden in 2013, who first 'leaked' to the friend and biographer of USA George Bush Vice-President Dick Cheney at the Washington Post. Snowden was then promoted by a journalist linked to the world's wealthiest people. Like Assange, Snowden slams people questioning the 9-11 story, and is also hostile to talking about USA judicial and legal corruption, despite being exactly like Assange and allegedly facing a 'trial' in the USA.<br /></p><p><font size="3">And then in 2016 there was the leaked 'Panama Papers' on corruption in various governments, who also happen to be targets for undermining by the USA and its friends, the Panama Papers 'investigative journalists' themselves having close ties to governments and intelligence agencies.</font></p><p><font size="3">It is all just one fraud after another, the frauds having the clear initial signal that they are massively promoted by the big corporation newspapers and media sites. Many people are duped into contacting the media associated with these frauds, by the fake stories of 'brave reporters' and alleged 'brave whistle-blowers' who are really frauds of intelligence agencies. And then some of the victims who contact these frauds and their hoaxing 'journalists', wind up dead.</font></p><p><font size="3">A sad aspect of all these frauds is how they help defame and marginalise and slander real victims and dissidents, because people say, 'Well, if your story was true, wouldn't the media who talked about Assange or Snowden be helping you?'<br /><br />
The circus of political 'news' in the USA, is not about the common people, who are often crushed and ignored and thrown under the bus. The so-called 'news stories' are more often about one part of government, bickering with another part, playing a power game among themselves, whilst hiding the fact that the real needs of the people are ignored.

What about the alternative or radical or foreign news media - won't they be interested in my story of legal or judicial corruption?<p><font size="3">The big corporations own most major news media in America, but they don't own or control all of it yet. There is a somewhat lively alternative or radical media, mostly found now on the internet, although that is being increasingly censored, with websites erased and de-platformed, and especially being downgraded or blocked altogether from search results.<br /><br />
Such alternative media are important - and usually a much better source for news than the mainstream media, which is so heavily filtered and bent to benefit the big corporations. But alternative media does not have the large following it deserves, although that following is passionate. Getting your story in the alternative media, may not do much for you in real life, in the same way that a story in the mainstream media tends to get a reaction from politicians and the public.
<br /><br />
You might ask, why doesn't someone start a new kind of cable television news network, that tells the real news about corruption in the government and courts? Well, such a project takes a lot of money, and people and corporations with big money, are not interested in funding a radical news network, that would damage the power of the rich people and corporations.
<br /><br />
Also, if such a radical news network got started and became popular, one of two things would happen. Either the big companies would buy it, and slowly force it to become more submissive to the corporations and government; or else, the legal system would start to destroy it.</font></p><p><font size="3">In revenge for telling the stories of corruption, judges and lawyers would allow lots of lawsuits to start destroying the alternative news service. Very quickly, the company would be broke and bankrupt and unable to provide alternative news at all - which is why no one is investing in the start of such a radical television news service in the first place. Media people see they cannot get legal protection in America, if they expose the crimes of judges and lawyers. Gangster judges in bribery will be happy to put that media company on trial and say they owe millions to crooked lawyers and to people who pay bribes.
<br /><br />
This is the way it goes down in the USA: The legal system threatens to silence and destroy those who start to criticise the system, especially the media; and so media are naturally silent and indulgent regarding judicial and legal corruption.
<br /><br />So even in the alternative or radical news media, it is very hard to get these media to cover your particular story of legal or judicial corruption, however interesting or significant. Inside the United States, any one who does journalism, even on the internet, has largely internalised the fear of the legal system, and the fear of exposing wrong-doing of lawyers and judges who have not already been targeted by some government agency..
<br /><br />
The alternative and radical media doesn't like to admit it, but they, too, are afraid, even if they do not say so. And they are more vulnerable than big media, because they don't have big money for lawyers and big political connections.
<br /><br />
The little person, the little media magazine or web-zine, or small publisher, can be much more easily destroyed by a single lawsuit. Or banned or put in jail on false charges.
<br /><br />
Journalists and people with websites have not only been sued, but also had their freedom of speech banned, and been criminally charged or jailed in America, sometimes for things that seem 'unrelated' to their journalism. The reason you may not know about these events, of course, is once again that big media is not reporting on these stories. The big media doesn't want to rouse the anger of the American people, by making it too obvious that little people with websites are getting criminally charged and jailed.
<br /><br />
So alternative media in America, helpful as it is in many ways, still stays away from the most taboo subject in all of American journalism: the vast corruption of America's judges and lawyers. Even all sorts of radicals and rebels, are in fear of the great American legal monster, how it will come and destroy them if they dare to speak too boldly.
<br /><br />
The alternative media, like so many in America, now tries to play it safe, by merely often reacting to what they read in the mainstream media. Or else they tend to analyse and take apart the mainstream media, while looking for the little nuggets of truth that still come through the propaganda, if you keep hunting between the lines. The alternative media will take the little detail on the back pages of some newspaper article, and point out how it combines with something else to point to a deeper truth behind the superficial news story.
<br /><br />
But no alternative media outlet is making a significant attack on exposing new cases of legal corruption, if such a case is not already in the news media loop. This is a topic they think it is wiser to leave for the bigger and more well-funded news organisations, which of course won't touch the topic either.
<br /><br />
So it is pretty much of an empty hope, to think that some alternative journalist will be brave enough and interested enough, to start exposing your particular case of corruption by a dishonest lawyer or judge.
<br /><br />
It is very sad how America has become the land of fear, in its journalism like in much of its daily life.
<br /><br />
Also, if you look outside of the borders of America to try to find a journalist, your own particular case of corruption, is unlikely to be a story they want to tell. America does not have a good reputation in much of the world now. Outsiders often see America as a country that starts illegal wars, kidnaps and tortures people, and holds them without trial at places like Guantanamo.</font></p><p><font size="3">So your own particular case of getting victimised by America's legal system, is just one more little case in a country that other people think is crooked and nasty anyway. You are just one more victim, compared to tens of thousands of dead bodies of children and civilian dead in places where USA bombs and drone planes have rained down hell and death on people.</font></p><p><font size="3">And besides, other countries don't easily understand - given that the USA, for all of its flaws, appears to be somewhat of a democracy with 'free media' - they don't understand why your case isn't being covered by media in the USA. If there is no major media on you in your own country, it is difficult for media in another country to start digging in to facts, given the barriers of possible language differences and cultural mis-understanding, and lack of staff resident on USA territory. <br /></font></p><p><font size="3">With today's smaller news organisation budgets, most countries take their 'foreign news' from the international news wire services. Other countries don't have budgets to send people looking to the USA for 'fresh' news stories, they mostly go to the USA to say something about big stories that are already being covered, and add a personal touch to connect with viewers back home in their native language, on stories like the USA presidential elections, or riots sweeping across USA cities.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">But what about the media that is affiliated with the government, in the countries of major USA political rivals, such as Russia or China or Cuba or Venezuela or Iran? Here again, one problem is that the case of one victim being mauled by judges and lawyers, is a very 'small' story, versus the geo-political and international issues that will fill the web pages or television segments on 'foreign news'.</font></p><p><font size="3">But another issue is that, most countries of the world are rather sensitive about the issue of 'legal and court corruption', because they may well have some issues and vulnerability of their own in this regard. A lot of criticism can be made of many countries' courts, as biased or cruel or politically bent.</font></p><p><font size="3">One can also sometimes reasonably assume, that the USA has worked out a quiet 'deal' with other countries, whereby if those countries don't publicly criticise the court scandals of the USA, the USA propaganda apparatus won't do too much criticism of their courts, either. This might even be true of some of the biggest rivals to the USA.</font></p><p><font size="3">Your personal tragedy as a victim of judicial and legal corruption, is a major matter to you and your family and those who love you. But it's just one more tragedy, in a world of people being tortured and killed and starved and made homeless by the millions. Your tragedy is important enough to be major local news in the area where you live, and maybe important enough to be known across the USA. But internationally, it's hard for a complex story of corruption to be covered anywhere else, unless it is first a story in your own homeland.<br /><br />

What about the professors at the law schools - aren't they fighting judicial corruption, and trying to help the victims of legal injustice?<p><font size="3">With very few exceptions, no. Law professors at USA law schools, writing all sorts of long articles full of legal jargon on the supposed issues of the American legal system, and even supposedly doing very 'radical' viewpoints, generally stay away from the topic of legal corruption and misconduct. Like everybody else in the USA legal system, professors at USA law schools are afraid of speaking the truth about American corruption and bribery.
They are afraid of being sued and put on trial before judges taking bribes, they are afraid of being slandered by corporate media and biased internet search results, they are afraid of being murdered by Deep State criminals.<br /><br />
These professors have various kinds of 'scholarly' excuses - they might tell you that, as professors, they are focusing on 'technical' issues in the law, as it is found in the decisions of judges. It's nearly always 'not my professional specialty'. They will tell you that issues of simple corruption and bribery, are not 'intellectually interesting', or that they have no way of investigating such complaints, given that complaints about judges and lawyers are held fairly secret in the files of USA courthouses and Bar ethics review boards.
They will pretend there is nothing 'intellectually interesting' even about lawyers stripped of their right to practice law, right in the home state of the law school where they are teaching.<br /><br />
But the reality is that most every USA law school and university, like most everything else in America, is basically a business trying to raise money and maintain its funding. Big money for the universities, aside from tuition fees, comes from donations from the big corporations and wealthy donors, and grant funding from the American government, which is itself a servant of those big corporations.
<br /><br />
The law professors are afraid of revenge, too, just like lawyers and people in the media. If they speak out against corruption, they can get sued, and their university can get sued, and start losing money from the government and the big donations from business people. And the particular law instructors might lose their jobs.</font></p><p><font size="3">Law professors, graduates of law schools and sometimes practicing lawyers for a while, essentially understand that law is a field attracting a high proportion of USA psychopathic and sociopathic personalities. Lawyers are often people who love power, people who love to destroy and deceive and ruin other people. It is a profession full of scamming and fraud, with 'money for nothing', hundreds of dollars billed per hour just for the lawyer sipping coffee, and teaching himself what are the applicable statutes and precedents according to the legal databases.</font></p><p><font size="3">Law professors instinctively understand that many of their students are psychopaths, and law professors too are sometimes psychopaths as well, seeing themselves as the 'high priests' of the 'words of power' which make up the 'legal game'.<br /><br />
Students of law schools often graduate to become highly-paid lawyers directly involved in legal corruption, scamming clients and sabotaging justice. Often, crooked judges themselves teach part-time on a law school faculty. The law professors are closely connected to the culture of bribery and corruption, even though they won't admit it. Many law professors get rich on the side, earning big money by using their prestige as a 'law professor' and earning big fees, or bribes to publish 'legal articles' hiding the crimes of courts and their lawyer brothers and sisters. Law professors outright sell their names, and the names of their universities, to be used for criminal projects by crooked lawyers and judges, and also to aid in lies being spread by intelligence agencies.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3"></font></p><p><font size="3">
Yes, law professors will sometimes be chasing after publicity on some big case that is already in the news. Lawyers and law professors love to be involved in big famous cases, and have some brief moments of fame in the media.<br /><br />
But law professors almost always stay away from the millions of poor little victims of the law, who are getting their lives destroyed by crooked lawyers and judges. Law professors fear getting themselves in trouble if they rock the boat and try to expose the culture of bribery and court fraud, so they stay away from it. Like practicing lawyers, they won't risk their careers to help poor victims, whom they feel they won't be able to help anyway, because everything is stacked against the victim.</font></p><p><font size="3">Even amidst the massive 'anti-racism' media framing going on today, law professors are shying away from some of the worst racist crimes of all - the railroading of innocent minorities, getting put in jail and even put to death, by a USA legal system that is corrupt from top to bottom.<br /><br />
So, for a legal system victim, it's the same kind of response all over again. Seeking help from law professors, is usually another dead end, another brick wall, as you look for help to fight USA legal and judicial corruption.

There's all these rich business executives getting convicted now, like Martha Stewart - Doesn't that prove that the system is really working?<p><font size="3">This is another topic that tends to mislead the general public, both in America and around the world. Yes, it's true that even in America, rich people are sometimes arrested and go on trial. Sometimes millionaires, executives of big companies, even famous media personalities, get put on trial and go to prison. Supposedly, this proves that 'the system works', because even some very rich people get sentenced and go to jail. Doesn't this prove that the legal system is really 'fair', because even the big corporate executives and famous media millionaires can face criminal charges?
<br /><br />
But, once again, there is something behind the scenes here, that makes all of this very misleading. If you analyse the reasons that these executives are going to jail, you often find the same thing underneath the various cases. These rich executives, millionaires though they might be or even for a time billionaires, generally get into trouble for violating, not the law itself, but the less-obvious set of 'rules' that they were supposed to obey - not harming the interests of the millionaires and billionaires who own the big USA corporations, and its government by and for the oligarchy; or they have avoided their obligation to 'share their wealth' a bit with the political mafia gangsters who help to run USA life.</font></p><p><font size="3">It is a hidden rule of the USA, that you need to 'pay to play'. If you are allowed to make tens or hundreds of millions are billions, you must spread some of that money for oligarch projects, such as: Political donations; donations to the 'non-profit organisations' and 'charities' associated with politicians; public initiatives and lobbying projects serving the interests of their fellow rich people in the government; paying out to the law firms connected to the politicians and judges, and giving the judges their bribery cash.</font></p><p><font size="3">Rich people in the USA learn, sometimes the hard way, that not sharing their money with the political mafia, leaves them vulnerable to some 'investigations' and 'prosecutions'.</font></p><p><font size="3">
Big corporations are not the same as the rich executives who run them, even though those executives might be paid millions of dollars. The executives sometimes just work for even richer people, major shareholders, investors, sometimes the richest people in the USA and the world.
<br /><br />
When executives are sentenced to prison for fraud and other crimes, it is often that their crimes were betraying the investors who put their money into either that corporation or its rivals. In other words, these executives did not provide good service to the collective of really and truly rich people who collectively own the corporations dominating economic life.</font></p><p><font size="3">That's the story of past 'corporate crime' prosecutions of Enron or WorldCom or Michael Milken or Bernard Madoff. The people involved broke some rules mandating 'fair play' amidst the crowd of rich people, or not fulfilling the bribery and 'share the wealth with the mafia' obligations described above.</font></p><p><font size="3">The government will talk about how these executives cheated average Americans, but often that is just talk. What really was at issue, was how these executives cheated America's millionaires and billionaires who owned stock in the failed companies, or somehow got the wrong person angry. We might never learn the real story of what 'triggered' the sudden avalanche of criminal investigations and charges.
<br /><br />
America's richest people have their assets in stocks and sometimes even more in bonds, more than anything else. That's why the government spends so many millions of dollars on regulation of these markets.
And so many trillions are spent by central banks in 'economic stimulus' to buy bonds ... often owned by the richest people of all.<br /><br />
As far as lawyers and judges go, there's hardly any regulation at all. Lawyers and judges can be criminals and perverts and lunatics, and commit a new felony crime every day of the week, and the government may well do nothing about it, if the victims are everyday average Americans.
<br /><br />
But stock fraud and manipulation, and insider trading? Playing games with stock prices, might affect the profits of multi-millionaire investors, and so this is where the government is very, very serious, to protect those rich investors. Lots of officials may swing into action immediately, if you have broken any rules of stock-market trading. That was why they started going after Martha Stewart, who was once a very prominent television personality. She was charged and convicted and jailed around the time this FAQ was originally written, now more than 15 years ago. Martha Stewart was rich, but she was involved in trading stocks that are also owned by other rich people, and that's something the government is very concerned about.
<br /><br />The prosecution of a few rich executives and multi-millionaires, a Harvey Weinstein or Jeffrey Epstein or Bernard Madoff or whomever, or even a one-time pair of 'richest persons in the world' like the Hunt Brothers with their silver speculation, doesn't prove that the system works to protect the common people.</font></p><p><font size="3">There is usually some story, more obvious in some cases, less obvious in others, about how the person getting charged, did something to make other rich people in the oligarchy uncomfortable. Maybe they just didn't pay enough of the right 'political donations' to skate away scott-free after the most disgusting crimes.<br /></font></p><p><font size="3">The government acts to protect the rich more than anyone else. The government is concerned that everything is 'fair' and equal for billionaires and big investors, and this means that even rich people need to see they can go to jail if they do things to hurt other rich people, if they break the rules of loyalty to the oligarchy. On the other hand, crimes that merely hurt common people with no connections, well those are crimes that are not so 'high priority'.
<br /><br />
There are, and will continue to be, trials of celebrities who are rich, but yet are charged and go on trial in some big media circus, accused of some offence or other. Many of these celebrities have some money, but are minorities or have no big political connections.</font></p><p><font size="3">If they had really good connections, if they had made a lot of political donations, they often would never have been charged in the first place, some lawyer would have 'fixed' the whole thing very quietly with the right government officials, and the person may have gotten a 'friendly warning' like the billionaire Hunt brothers were given, but ignored.</font></p><p><font size="3">Rich people who make big political donations in America, are sometimes able to commit quite serious felony crimes and get away with them, just by continuing to bribe politicians and judges.
They can rape your children, attack you, and threaten to kill you, and if they have donated enough to the 'right' top people, Justice Department officials sometimes even sell them a 'comfort letter' promising to do nothing about their crimes.<br /><br />
